Lotus eyed Lord who keeps selva nambi as His servant

for he had good nature, pure conduct, devotion so fervent;

Since people exist in thirukkOttiyUr singing govindA's praise forever;

the rAkshas dared not steal the grains grown there ever.

Surrounded by great walls and fields, great thirukkOttiyUr lies;

When I see devotees of Lord nrusimha ardently pray and never tires;

treating them as emblems of Lord, I fulfill long-time desires!
