My dearest friends:

Many years ago, in 1997, when I first moved back to Reno from San Diego, Ca. Archangel

Michael asked me to do an activation of the “CRYSTALLINE ENERGY” at Pyramid Lake, which is about 30 miles north of Reno, Nevada (accomplished in November 1999), as well as at

Lake Tahoe (accomplished June 17, 2000), and also at an ancient geological, sacred Indian site out in the desert. These three sites form a triangle or pyramid and create a vortex of energy which Lord Michael says will eventually become a City of Light. Many of you have heard me say that before I moved back to Reno in December 1996, Lord Michael asked me to envision an ascension column over the Reno area. I began to visualize and build this vortex of energy in my meditations five years before we moved back to Reno. Then, with much loving energy and help from all of my spiritual brothers and sisters in the area, I was told that we should build a Pyramid of Light in the etheric realms so that the column of Light could be firmly anchored. All of this was in preparation for the future city of Light. Many of us have a vision that this area will become a center for seminars/workshops in which all who wish to do so can participate, offering their own specialties and expertise. Also, we would like to give those who wish to visit our area an opportunity to experience the beauty, wonder and unique energy at Pyramid Lake and Lake Tahoe, as well as the sacred site at Grimes Point. ,

When AA Michael mentioned the site out in the desert, I had no idea where it was, but he said I would be told when the time was right. In July, 2000, there was a four-page article in the Reno

Gazette Journal about the Spirit Cave Man found at Grimes Point (in the desert about 50 miles east of Reno). The first dating fixed the age of the mummy at about 2,000 years old, but later it was dated to be more than 10,630 years old. It has also been determined that the skull/remains are not linked to any known Indian tribe and there is much conjecture and argument about the origins of the Spirit Cave Man. It is interesting that the mummified remains were found in 1940 but were stashed way in the basement of a museum until 1994. The controversy and publicity are now heating up and it is “big news.” After I read the article, I knew this was the place and AA

Michael validated it, saying, “It is time for the third activation to take place.”

A large portion of the desert East of Reno was covered by a great lake in ancient times.

Pyramid Lake is all that remains. At Grimes Point, there are huge boulders scattered all over the hillside and they are a deep brown with a shiny finish, almost as if they have been coated with shellac. There are hundreds of petroglyphs and pictographs in the area, many of them spectacular and seemingly drawn by someone with advanced knowledge of the cosmos. It is very hot in the desert in the summer, and so I scheduled the event for October 14, 2000.

AA Michael told me that there was a portal there, one which will give access to the higher dimensions, and another one from within the Earth that will be activated in due time. We went there as Record Keepers, not really knowing what that meant; however, we knew that we were to give our gift of Love/Light to our Mother Earth, and that we would receive a gift in return, pertaining to our ancient heritage, and important memories of our early inhabitation of this planet.

So much has happened since that time. We have taken many people to the sacred sites in the

Reno area, and a great portal to a City of Light in the Fifth Dimension has been revealed to us.

Now it is time for the next, vital stage of our Divine Blueprint mission to take place. Some of the information I present in this eBook is repetitive; however, AA Michael asked me to share it, for it was given over time to many different groups and the messages contain some of the Keys and

ACTIVATING CRYSTALLINE MEMORY SEED ATOMS FOR GALACTIC CONSCIOUSNESS

Great crystalline structures were strategically placed deep within the Earth’s surface when it was first formed. These great clustered spires contain the Divine Blueprint programmed by our

Father/Mother God for each sub-cycle of the seven great Cosmic Ages for humanity’s sojourn within this Sub-Dimension.

Our Earth, humanity and all sentient Beings are now integrating and processing the refined frequencies of the Five Higher Rays of galactic consciousness. The blueprints for Seven Rays of God Consciousness, for our solar system, have also been upgraded to incorporate the first three sub-levels of our Fifth-Dimensional consciousness. Just as we, the STARSEED Light workers have been consciously activating the semi-dormant crystalline structures and the Violet Flames in the great earthly caverns for many years now – the time has come for us to begin the process of activating the CRYSTALLINE MEMORY SEED ATOM programming for galactic consciousness, which is contained within these great sentient crystal structures.

We, as STARSEEDS, were also programmed with MEMORY SEED ATOMS within our SACRED HEART and our SACRED MIND. Some of us have gradually been activating these precious Seed Atoms over time, and we have been actively performing the service of “activating the MEMORY SEED ATOMS for those who are ready and also for the Earth,” without even knowing it. However, as Light workers, it is now time for this process to be understood and actively used by all of us: with intention.

SENTIENT NATURAL QUARTZ CRYSTALS - ARCHANGEL MICHAEL * RONNA / SACRED SCRIBE

A QUARTZ CRYSTAL is a formation of silicon dioxide with atoms internally arranged in a regular, repeating pattern, or a lattice. This usually results in a crystal with an external geometric form. NATURAL QUARTZ CRYSTALS begin their formation from a single point; they grow from a single organism, not expanding from within, but through accumulation from the outside. A crystal’s growth is slow, usually taking thousands of years, and yet, sometimes crystal growth can be observed on a day-to-day basis. Crystals are the flowers of the mineral kingdom, because of their fine symmetry and delicate colors.

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL has explained: At the time the Earth was formed, gigantic Sentient

(aware/able to perceive) crystals were placed deep within the Earth. Many were placed within the huge labyrinths, which are scattered around Earth. Others were planted partially underground; however, they also protruded above ground, reaching high into the skies. These great crystals were the receivers of powerful Rays of Divine Cosmic Light Energy from our Father/Mother God of this Sub-universe. They also radiated signals and information from the Earth out into the galaxy. After externalization from our God-Seed Atom, our first solid form was a pure crystalline structure; comparable to a beautiful many-faceted Obelisk.

As StarSeeds, many of us first experienced the Earth Plane in our crystalline form, before we began to build our physical vessels. We have also been told that many of the crystals we are drawn to are Fragments of those great Sentient crystals, which were placed deep within the

Earth by us and other StarSeeds, as Record Keepers of the Earth’s history, and also to assist us to remember our Divine Heritage. These gigantic crystal structures were fragmented, enfolded and buried within various depths of the Earth during the many great cataclysms, down through the Ages.

NATURAL QUARTZ CRYSTALS radiate a measurable electrical pulse, which can be magnified or reprogrammed by our thoughts.

Just as we are in the midst of a return to Unity consciousness, one with another, we are also gradually reuniting with the more subtle conscious nesses of the mineral, vegetable and animal kingdoms. As we integrate the more refined frequencies of God Light, we will become more sensitive and attuned to the energies of these diverse forms of Creation.

We are gradually unbundling, two-by-two, the twelve strands of our DNA. We are in the beginning stages of returning to silicon-based (Crystalline) Spiritual/human Beings as we raise our frequency patterns and integrate the many Facets of our God-Seed Atom into our physical vessel. We became carbon-based human beings when we sank into the density of the Third and Fourth Dimensions.

MEMORY SEED ATOM CRYSTALS AND ADAMANTINE PARTICLES WITHIN THE EARTH

While in deep meditation, AA Michael told me that there are historical / scientific / MEMORY

SEED CRYSTALS stored within great subterranean caverns in strategic places around the world. These etheric SEED CRYSTALS are in the same caverns as the Eternal Violet Flames, and both have an integral part to play in our present ascension process.

The various Sacred Sites and holy places around the world have most often been built over or near one of these great caverns or where there is one of the great crystal spires / obelisks. You will also find portals to the inner world near some of these special Sacred Sites. When we are guided to visit one these special places, we may experience a most wondrous event, which we are not even aware of at the time. If your intentions are pure, and your Energetic Signature / Soul Song resonates at a higher Fourth-Dimensional level or above, you will automatically activate the appropriate Seed Crystals stored within the cavern below the Sacred Site you are visiting, for quite possibly, you have performed this service before; perhaps, many Ages ago or quite possibly in a more recent past life. In turn, you will be gifted with an activation of some of the Seed Crystals stored within your Sacred Mind. These will most likely be Memory Crystals, some of which hold advanced information that you will need in the future, or Seed Activation Crystals, which will trigger the activation of a particular talent, or perhaps Healing Crystals, which will help you overcome some affliction or release a troublesome, addictive habit.

Throughout the Earth’s history there are stories of Masters and great Beings who accomplished amazing feats, won great battles, created many magnificent edifices and performed amazing miracles through their own, seemingly, super-human efforts. What has not been known, heretofore, is that these great Ones knew how to draw forth some of the Seed Atom Crystals from the great caverns within the Earth. They had the capacity to draw forth a full measure of the First Ray of Divine Will Power along with an added measure of Creator Particles of Light/Life from within the storehouse caverns deep within the Earth.

It is important that you understand that a good portion of the Adamantine Particles of Light allotted to the planet were stored within these great caverns of Light when it was first created.

The balance was stored within the Earth’s Sacred Heart Core. Every planet, galaxy, sun, star system, Sub-universe and universe within the Omni verse have repositories of Adamantine

Particles of Life/Light, just as every Soul ever created also has. Just as you must activate the

Adamantine Particles you carry within, and the ones you draw forth from the unlimited supply of

Creator Light, you are also the ones who must activate the Adamantine Particles stored within the Earth through your loving intention and action.

We are now moving into the vibrational patterns of mastership, and we are being offered special gifts, talents and specific dispensations to assist us in assuming our role as a World Servers.

Adam /Eve Kadmon light body. The unifying power of love will gradually raise the consciousness so that the emotional body auric field becomes composed of the frequencies of compassion and unconditional love.

4. The goal of an aspirant on the path is to balance and harmonize the seven major chakra centers so that his/her auric field is radiating, via the solar power center, a tangible force field of pure love/light, thereby allowing the light of the soul to shine forth.

Be aware that the Solar Fire of the Supreme Creator is permeating everything in this Universe.

Nothing can escape the radiation and magnetic influence of the rarified Creator Light that is now permeating this galaxy, solar system, the Earth and humanity. Your chakras are like electromagnetic batteries (vortexes) within the body. The language of Light via the pulsation of electromagnetic frequencies, activate your multiple levels of consciousness. You must be harmonious with and attuned to the vibrational frequencies in order to access and integrate them. The higher frequencies of Light/ thought/ sound vibrate through your bloodstream, cells, tissue, organs, bones, muscles and DNA enriching your sense of well-being. The lower frequencies of humanity restrict the flow of life-giving energy and increase the density in your four lower bodily systems. Your blood carries your DNA genetic encodings of your earthly lineage and, more importantly, of your cosmic lineage.

**An overview of our units of 144 starseed soul groups’ journey from lemuria to north america before the great deluge sank that continent**

RONNA: This article is a recap of the many stories that Archangel Michael has given me, over these many past years, about some of the Sacred Light Cities on Earth and within the Earth, that are to be activated as DIVINE BLUEPRINT GENERATING CITIES OF LIGHT for the AGE

OF AQUARIUS.

During the end of the great Age of Lemuria, a very long time ago, when it was time for the great cataclysm – the sinking of Lemuria to occur -- the Elders and guardians (later on called priests and priestesses), who were still connected telepathically to the higher realms and the Beings of

Light, were told that as many of us as possible must leave. From what I understand, there was a portion of Lemuria which was still connected to what would become the United States of

America, by something like a large peninsula or a land bridge. It was up in the area of

Vancouver, Canada and the San Juan islands. There were two of these land bridges that led to the mainland: one to the South connected to what is now Mexico, and the one to the North connecting the continent of Lemuria with northern North America. There were many groups who were led to migrate from Lemuria in order to survive the great destruction that was to follow.

Others migrated to what would eventually become the country known as Japan. AA Michael has mentioned numerous times about the present Japanese Race embodying the DNA closest to the pure Lemurian Race, along with some of the Hawaiian people. Many, many of the Lemurian elders migrated to Japan, and many more came across the land bridges, which sank, leaving only small scattered islands. Eventually, there were a great number of groups who migrated to many different places. This happened over quite a long period of time. Just as it is being foretold in our present times that we are at the end of an era, and there is a new Divine Blueprint being radiated throughout this universe; so it was during the end times of the great Lemurian continent.

There was a large group of us that came across the northern land bridge into what is now

Canada. We gradually made our way south to what is now known as Mount Shasta. It had been a very active volcano in the past, but it was rapidly becoming completely dormant. There were pockets of active lava, but it was all cooling down: there was not enough activity to create any kind of explosion.

The new Divine Blueprint was designed so that the Elder Lemurian Souls, who were guided to safety, would eventually inhabit this great land. This land, which would later become United States of America, would be the homeland for the “StarSeed Souls” whose DNA would be encoded with the Memory Seed Atoms of all the Seven Root Races: past, present and future.

(These StarSeed Souls would be embodied into a great variety of North American and South

American Indians).

This was because, when the Age of Pisces was complete, and the Divine Blueprint for the Age of Aquarius was beginning to radiate forth onto the Earth, the Divine Plan decreed that the United States of America and South America would become the focal points for the evolutionary process of gradually moving through the last sub-planes of the Fourth Dimension, into the Age of Aquarius, and into the beginning levels of the Fifth Dimension.

** Mt. Shasta was a very sacred Lemurian outpost, and is destined to play an important part in the “ascension process of the Earth and humanity into the Fifth Dimension.”

** Also, we have been told that one of our Soul Sisters, Mokshapriya’s CITY OF LIGHT SANCTUARY in Upstate New York, which Archangel Michael guided her to seek out and purchase, was a Sacred Outpost on the northeastern coast of America for the Atlantean era. It is also destined to become another focal point for one of the DIVINE BLUEPRINT GENERATING CITIES OF LIGHT.

The Far Eastern world was the focal point for the Piscean Age, and for several Sub-Root Race incarnational rounds. It had been divinely ordained that the emerging Golden Age of Aquarius would be Seeded primarily in the United States, and then during the next Sub-Root Race -- the

Meruvian Root Race – South America would be the focus.

And now, back to our migration from the Lemurian Continent to the area of Mt. Shasta. We were guided into the mountain, down into great crystalline caverns, into what would eventually become the great city of Telos. Over time – because of the high frequencies – the lava had been transformed into beautiful, crystalline caverns and passageways. We had assistance from benevolent Beings from many other Star Systems who were sent to assist humanity during a critical time of transition and transformation. They came to help us survive!

I have been told that we stayed there for quite a long time until the Earth and the chaos gradually settled down. I am not sure, but it could have been a very, very long time that we stayed there, and helped to create the great underground city of Telos. And then it was decided that the migration on upper Earth had to begin. It was time to move forward and we did – we traveled in our MerKaBah’s (a protective field/sphere of Light), which was a very efficient way to travel through the labyrinths or great underground tunnels that permeated the Inner Earth. The surface of the Earth was quite hostile, and it was very difficult to travel over great distances.

There were various groups who had made their way from Lemuria to Telos, and over time, an

Elder Council was formed. The decision was made that not all of the groups of people could remain in Telos, because there was no way that everyone, all of the population, could be sustained there permanently. The Guardians who were there with us told us that some of us were meant to leave, and to establish other “Light communities” across this great virgin continent. Those of us who had been chosen to be the leaders were asked, and we felt compelled to agree -- we had to volunteer again – to be the ones to be the leaders who would guide the groups out onto the surface of the Earth. There were a number of different groups who were chosen to leave at different times. And so we left Telos, and began our long migratory journey across the virgin territory of North America.

Some time ago, Archangel Michael revealed to me that Randall Monk had been in training as a

Lemurian priest/warrior, and I was a priestess. We were designated to lead a certain group from

Telos into the outer world. We went forth in groups of 144, which is a sacred number, with many meanings. However, I was told that we were to oversee a group of 144 people. We left with another group of 144, another branch of our Soul Family, who left Lemuria at the same time. We

left Telos and traveled through crystalline tunnels southward until we reached the crystalline city

of Tahoe, within the great inverted pyramid-shaped valley now known as Lake Tahoe. In another message, we have described this crystalline temple/city in detail.

We remained at Tahoe for quite a while in this crystalline city, which was already inhabited by other groups. You might say the master teachers were the ones who stayed in Telos. And the groups that left there were the ones that gradually had the veils of forgetfulness placed over their memory. Gradually, over time, the groups who left Telos began to lose their ability to communicate telepathically with each other. As the ages passed, they forgot their origins as Lemurians, and they also forgot about their Soul Families living in the Inner Earth. Those who remained in Telos and the Inner Earth cities maintained their telepathic abilities, and were programmed as communicators with the higher realms, in order to bring in the higher frequencies of Light to nourish the Earth, to maintain the Violet Flames and the great generator Crystals – senders and receivers of Light and information from the Higher Beings of Light.

When our group of 144 left the crystal city of Tahoe, we migrated through the great tunnels to

another volcano, which had a great plateau of land extending in a semi-circle for many miles to

the south/east. This was what is now called the Grimes Point Sacred Site. We have already

explained that part of the story. However there are other important areas that we experienced.

We have mentioned Lake Lahontan, which was a vast lake that extended all the way to the

Great Salt Lake and far to the south. After we were told to leave our home within the dormant

volcano at Grimes Point, because it was about to erupt, we journeyed to the Wasatch Mountain

range east of Salt Lake City in Utah. There are ancient stories telling about a great crystal cave

deep within a mountain, where there is this vast fortune of precious gems, gold and artifacts and

other ancient treasures. The stories predict that the treasure will be discovered one day – the

appropriate StarSeed person will find it at the right time. It was in that mountain area that we

settled. Over a long period of time, we created another beautiful inner Earth city – another place

like Telos. Another group went to the Grand Tetons, in Wyoming, where some of the masters

still reside – much like the inner Earth community at Telos.

Much later, during the time we inhabited the Great Salt Valley, AA Michael related a story to me

in which Randy and I perished in a great battle with some rogue Atlanteans; a conquering army

brought up from the southernmost part of the continent. By then, we lived mostly on the surface

of the Earth; however, we also were keepers of the great crystals and the Sacred Treasures that

were kept in the great crystal cave deep within the mountains. It was another thriving inner

Earth community, and we would come and go from there to our community on the surface. We

have been told that there is a major portal way into the Inner Earth World there, which also

leads to the Grand Teton Mountains. Our groups remained there for a very long time. I believe

we began to scatter, and to be incarnated into many different tribes after that lifetime. It is now

time for us to be reunited in the place where it all began: Mt. Shasta and Telos.

AND LEMURIA AND EARLIER EARTHLY ROOT RACES

According to ancient teachings, the human evolutionary cycles on planet Earth comprise seven

great stages, of which we are now in the fifth. This stage has lasted about a million years.

Each of the evolutionary stages (called “Root Races”) is associated with a continent or a

configuration of land masses on the surface of the Earth. The movement of land masses over

the surface of the Earth, according to modern theory, has transformed the pattern of the

continents over millions of years.

Modern geologists believe the earth’s land surfaces were once a single mass called “Pangaea”

that split into two land masses. The southern half of Pangaea (“Gondwanaland”) combined

modern South America, Africa, Arabia, India, Australia and Antarctica. The northern half

(“Laurasia”) later divided into North America and Eurasia, thus creating the Atlantic Ocean

between them.

There is not much historical information other than clairvoyant recollections of Lemuria or the

early sub-races of Atlantis. The world’s progress during the period of the Fourth or Atlantean

Race includes the history of many nations and records the rise and fall of many civilizations.

Catastrophes on a scale never experienced by humanity since the present Fifth Root Race has

been on Earth, took place during the eras in which the Lemurians (Third Root Race), and the

Atlanteans (Fourth Root Race) inhabited the planet. Over the many thousands of years of

Atlantean history, the red, yellow, black and white races were brought forth from many diverse

Star Systems to incarnate on Earth.

Remember, as Archangel Michael has told us many times in the past, all the diversity of this

universe was brought forth to inhabit the Earth, and the experiment was to see how long it

would take us to remember our heritage and return to balance, harmony and a sense of

Oneness.

Of the first sub-race of our Aryan Race, who inhabited India and colonized Egypt in prehistoric

times, we know very little, and the same can be said of the Chaldean, Babylonian and Assyrian

nations who composed the second sub-race. The Persian, who belonged to the third or Iranian

sub-race, left some historical traces, however there are almost no records at all of the Celtic or

fourth sub-race.

Only with the rise of the last family off-shoots of the Celtic lineage, (the Greek and Roman

peoples), do we find historical facts. There is some historical confirmation passed down through

legend by the Celts of Britain, in which they claim that part of their country once extended far

into the Atlantic and was destroyed during a great catastrophic event. Such catastrophes are

also mentioned in the Welsh traditions.

We are presently completing the cycle of the fifth sub-race of the Fifth Root Race, and we are

told, since the cycles of time and the evolutionary process is speeding up so much, we are

experiencing both the sixth and the beginning of the seventh sub-race cycles at this time. These

two cycles will focus on and will be developed on the continents of North and South America,

respectively.

THIS MESSAGE WAS GIVEN TO A LARGE GROUP OF SEMINAR ATTENDEES ON ONE OF OUR

SACRED SITE TOURS TO GRIMES POINT, PYRAMID LAKE AND LAKE TAHOE.

RONNA:

Take a deep breath, as you move into your Sacred Heart center. Feel everything within your

conscious at this time just melt away. Breathe deeply, as you move into that golden sphere

called your Sacred Mind, which is located within the upper part of your brain. Also, envision that

MerKaBa I showed you – that golden MerKaBa. Envision it spinning within your Sacred Heart

Center, as it draws forth the Essence of your Soul Self that resides within that center. Watch as

it begins to expand ....and expand.... and expand...until it completely encircles your physical

body. It then expands even more as it blends and harmonizes this group’s energy. It surrounds

us all until we are in-capsulated within this golden MerKaBa field of Light. Within this radiance,

watch as each and every one’s personal Divine I AM Presence sends down a column of Light

from the higher realms, completely surrounding us; it then radiates outward as far as is

appropriate. Now watch as it turns into a swirling vortex, which gradually encompasses the

whole lake. The column of Light then moves downward until it anchors within the core of the

Earth. Continue to breathe naturally and relax within this sacred space. Relax as you move back

into your Sacred Heart center, as I bring in the beloved Archangel Michael.

Beloved Masters, you have come full circle. You are in the completion stages of a very long

journey. This grand experiment, this great cycle, the Divine Blueprint of the Piscean Age is now

coming to a close. And yes, you may now open your eyes, and gaze upon us, if you wish. We

would have you understand that this Sacred Lake played an important part in your ancient

history, and so we will take you on a journey of remembrance.

See yourself when you were still residing in the higher realms of Light; before you began your

journey out into the great void, and then down into the many levels of density within the material

realms of creation. You resided within a glorious realm – so far beyond your imagining. Oh, yes!

In your meditations, you may get a glimpse of it now and again, and you may try to imagine

what it was like; however, you cannot even begin to comprehend how magnificent the realms of

your origins truly are. But, yes, we were all there together, and when there was a new clarion

call put forth, you answered. You came forward and you said, "Yes, I wish to go. I wish to be

among those who experience this new creative endeavor on the material planes."

How excited, how joyous you all were. Some of you here now were among those who first

stepped forward; those who agreed to be what we call the Wayshowers, the Vanguard of the

great masses of precious Souls who would follow. Those who would make the journey out into

the Cosmos, and would eventually inhabit the planet Earth. And so how did we accomplish this?

How did you diminish your wondrous, glorious God Spark Self, so that you could safely journey

into the realms of density? As you are now aware, it was difficult to diminish the vastness of who

you truly are, to bring the Essence of your God Self down, even to the level of the Fifth

Dimension. It was unnatural for you, you see, and it would have been far too uncomfortable for

you.

And so, in order to help you understand, we will give you a simplified explanation of how this

took place. You see, in preparation for the journey, you were taken into a great chamber. (We

will endeavor to explain this to you from a physical perspective, for your better understanding).

And so you, the Light Beings, went into a great chamber. Each of you were then in-capsulated

within a MerKaBa, an electromagnetic field of Light, which was infused with a detailed, specific

formula – the Essence – the Divine Blueprint, for humanity’s journey on the planet Earth. This

schematic was just a minuscule part of the great Plan; it was an overview, a condensed guide

for you, the StarSeed Souls. What was also within this Sphere of God Light was what could be

described as the amniotic fluid of our Mother God, which contained the Crystalline Memory

Seed Atoms of our Father God. Within those Seed Atoms was the Divine Blueprint for the new

Souls and their connection with the Earth, as well as the connection with each Soul’s personal

God Spark of Divinity. This Creator Essence contained the DNA encodings for all the future

Root Races, all the details of the grand design for the making and the transformation of the

physical vessel from the beginning to the end of this great experiment into duality and polarity.

Eventually, the Earth was approaching the time that it would be ready for human inhabitation. It

shined like a radiant jewel in the skies. However, there was still much going on: the mountains

continued to build and rise into the skies, and there was still much volcanic action taking place

around the globe. There were many vast oceans, beautiful lakes and flowing streams of water

around the world; however, for this remembrance, we will only focus on this particular lake,

which is now called Pyramid Lake. During those ancient times this lake was much larger – it

covered the entire desert valley that extends a long way toward the southeast, and also a great

distance to the west. It was known as Lake Lahontan.

When it was determined that it was time for you, the StarSeed, to make your preparatory

journey to the Earth, you made the journey in great Light Ships, enclosed within your individual

Spheres of Light. Upon your arrival, you sank down into these waters. There were also Light

Ships which took other groups of StarSeeds to the great lake called Lake Baikal, located in

Siberia, Russia. It is the world’s deepest lake. There were other groups taken to South America,

to Lake Titicaca, which straddles the borders of Peru and Bolivia. This is the world’s highest

navigable lake. These beautiful, sacred lakes also carry the Essence, the amniotic fluid of

your God Mother, which contained the Crystalline Memory Seed Atoms, the Divine Blueprint

for the new Souls, their connection with the Earth, and with your Father/Mother God. All of you,

the StarSeed, spent thousands of years attuning to your Mother Earth, as the Earth also attuned

to the precious Souls who would inhabit the planet for many hundreds of thousands of years

into the future.

Are you familiar with the movie they called Cocoon? That movie was a somewhat simplified

version of how you came to Earth during those ancient beginning times. Ah, you see, we use

every means available to convey our information to you. And there are many dear, wise Souls

who are working with us to help us accomplish our mission.

And so you sank down in your Light bodies into the waters; you pulsated and you radiated, and

you stayed therein for a very long time. Many of you are aware that the dolphins and the whales

came with you even then. They are beautiful angelic beings who have made a great sacrifice.

They carry the encodings of the ever-changing, progressing Divine Blueprint, and they relay the

frequencies patterns though sound. They keep energies flowing; energies which carry the

Divine encodings. They keep those refined frequencies moving and flowing throughout the great

oceans even through great difficulty, for they are aware of the vital importance of this task.

However, on occasion, you see, they do leave the Earth Plane in their etheric bodies – you

might say, they take vacations; they come and go, for they cannot stay too long at one time ‒

they often change places. They are the true walk-ins.

Much, much later on, the time arrived for you, the StarSeed, to return to your home bases. All of

you left the Earth in the great Light Ships within your Spheres of Light. The harmonizing, initial

preparations were complete. That part of the Divine Plan had been accomplished. And so, you

went back to prepare for the next stage; when it was time for the new Souls to inhabit the Earth.

As most of you are aware, the journey to reach the Earth plane was a very long and involved

journey, but we must save that story for another time. At this time, we are only focusing on your

journey from your lofty home among the stars to your new home on planet Earth.

When it was time for you, the StarSeed, to begin to come forth onto the Earth Plane in your

beautiful, crystalline Light bodies, how and where did you arrive? You did not come and

immediately walk upon the Earth. Once again, you sank into the great waters. You are not made

of the soil of the Earth, as some of the ancient teachings claim. You are not made of the

material substance of the Earth; you are made of the Essence of the Earth, the rarified Elixir of

Creator Light. Does your body not consist of a great percentage of water?

You breathed in the Essence of Life underwater. You attuned to the Soul Beat of your host

planet while in the great waters. So many of you have memories of breathing underwater, and

of course you could do so in those ancient times. You breathed in the sacred waters; you

absorbed it, and you attuned to it. And when it was time, you emerged from the waters onto the

land. Within your deepest memories, the water was your home. Yes, it is true. There was a

parallel evolution of some other creatures who crawled out of the waters and began their

evolution process; but that was not you, the StarSeeds. That was another Facet of

creation – at another time.

And so the momentous time finally arrived. It was time for the Holy Innocent Ones to come forth

and inhabit the Earth. Those were the true Earthlings, all of the beautiful Divine Sparks of God

Light who would inhabit the Earth. They may have experienced life within this Solar System, but

their experiences as an individualize Spark of God conscious were few. They are called the

Holy Innocent Ones because they had been contained in what we have called a “cosmic

incubator,” awaiting the time when they would be brought forth and made ready for their “Soulconscious

God Spark to be ignited.”

You, the StarSeed, had been externalized into your God-consciousness many aeons ago. Not

one of you in this group is from this universe. You are very ancient, even by our record keeping.

And so within those incubators were all of those precious Souls waiting to be brought into their

consciousness. In the personal messages we have relayed to many of you over the years, there

are those we have told that they are what you might call “Earth parents,” for it was their duty to

become Guardians of the new Souls who were born into a new Root Race; a new culture; a new

phase of the Divine Blueprint brought to Earth and manifested in different eras. The very first

Sub-Root Race had a blue tinge to their skin. They too came first into the sacred waters, for a

time, and then moved out onto firm land. That ancient truth is the origin of the symbolism of the

baptism; of being nourished, reborn, renewed within the pure waters; however, it has lost its true

meaning.

And so, beloveds, what do you do with all of this information? We know that you cannot share it

with many, can you? No, because the masses are not ready. Anyone who looks at you with

disdain, send them love, and walk past them and leave a trail of light. However, be aware that

there are those who will be drawn to you, for they will sense your loving Essence. You are in the

process of integrating higher frequency energy that will transform you; energy that has

transformed you.

You are now planting Seed thoughts. You will be planting Seeds of transformation

wherever you go. You are not here by coincidence. You are here because your Higher Self,

your Soul, nudged you; you could not stay away. And yes, you will go home, and you will think

you are no different; but you will be different. You will have activated Memory Seed Atoms that

will affect and help you in the difficult times to come. And I will be nudging each and every one

of you; with your permission, of course. And so we will leave you now. We will continue when

you arrive at Lake Tahoe, and we will see what else there is to add. We will meet you there. I

surround you and enfold you in an auric field of love and protection. You are profoundly loved,

This channeling from Archangel Michael was presented many years ago to a gathering at

Grimes point, about fifty miles east of Reno, Nevada. Archangel Michael brought forth this

message about our Lemurian heritage, and there was also an activation which he called:

PLANTING THE SEEDS OF NEW CREATION.

RONNA:

Breathe deeply. Consciously anchor yourself and feel the Earth beneath your feet...... Move

around until you feel comfortable, and then just let everything go..... Envision a crystalline pillar

of Light coming down and surrounding you. Your crystalline pillar of Light that comes down from

your Divine I AM Presence completely surrounds you and it then goes down and anchors into

the core of the Earth. And now feel this column of Light, the Essence of you, begin to expand….

and expand… and expand outward until it surrounds this group. Watch as it expands outward

until it encompasses this sacred space. It expands as far as is appropriate.... And then, enfolded

within this wonderful mix of energies that anchors and creates a new level of Divine Essence on

Earth, call in your guides and your teachers and your beautiful angelic helpers. We also ask all

the appropriate masters of Light and all the Divine beings to join us.... We ask the God Source

to shower down upon us all levels of creation – all that is appropriate to be with us – to surround

and enfold us and encompass this place, and to also participate in this wonderful transformation

that is taking place. Focus, as you feel yourself breathe in and out – bask in this energy as it

begins to transform all that needs to be balanced and harmonized.

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL:

Beloved masters, if you could see all of the wondrous Beings who have come to be a part of this

important cosmic event, you might say it is a culmination of a segment of the Divine plan. In a

sense, it is a coming together; coming full circle. It is a time of remembrance – a time of bringing

into your awareness your particular part – to give you the vision of where you have been so that

you can better understand where you're going. Each and every one of you that are here, as well

as those who felt the call to be here, were here during that time so very long ago.

We have talked about there being what you might call a “Cosmic or Divine incubator

chamber” where the new Souls ‒ the “Holy innocent Ones” ‒ were brought forth and infused

with the energy of each of the major Races and the Sub-Races. We have spoken often about

the sacred places: the place you call Lake Tahoe, and the one you call Pyramid Lake. We have

given you some of that information, and through your electrical mechanics, you can re-listen to

those messages. But now, we will tie it all together in a way so that you will gain a better

understanding of the full picture. We have talked about there being great caverns or great

tunnels that lead from one place to the other, but to complete the story, we must go back now to

that time of Lemuria.

We have explained how the first two Golden Ages, that which have been named the Polarian

and the Hyperborean Ages – a time when you were still in your Light bodies, and you were just

beginning to adjust to the energies of the Fifth-Dimensional Earth. At that time, the Earth was in

the higher frequency expression of the Fourth Dimension; however, there was not a firm

demarcation, because as we have told you, there is a gradual blending and harmonizing of the

Dimensions; there are no firm demarcation structures between the different dimensional levels.

And so now, in your mind’s eye, see this great continent of Lemuria, with many, many scattered

islands around it. It was a vast continent situated in what is now called the Pacific Ocean. It is

important that you understand: the Earth and its geography did not look anything like it does

now – there have been many major land shifts and changes down through the Ages. And so,

the Lemurians, or you who were to be the Lemurians, that beautiful group of Souls, began to

incarnate on Earth and to merge into a physical vessel. Developing the physical nature aspect

of the Creator was their major focus, along with learning to use the Cosmic Light substance on

the material planes of consciousness. You were all very innocent, very beautiful, radiant and

joyous. We think you do not yet understand what a wondrous gift it is to be in the physical.

Sometimes you may wonder, and sometimes you do get a glimpse; however, you still cannot

comprehend that it is a most wondrous gift to be in the physical, material plane expression.

And so this went on for many, many thousands of years, the blending and the harmonizing and

the merging within the waters and the land – attuning with the Essence of everything that was

around you, as you gradually acclimated to your new world experience. Much later, you created

beautiful crystal temples, and many other wondrous things as you became proficient cocreators.

We have spoken of the inverted temple of the great basin of Lake Tahoe, which was like an

inverted pyramid structure. There, the great crystalline energies rose up high into the skies, and

you would go there − you would go there to be healed, to balance and harmonize your physical

vessels, and to incorporate the next levels of godly expression, little, by little, by little, for it was

a very slow process. There were other beautiful places where these magnificent temples were

placed deep within caverns of the beautiful Mt. Shasta. We have also spoken of the sacred

places within the Sierra Madre mountains, and down along the California coast mountain

ranges. The Earth was and is being bathed in the Creator Essence as well, for its has its own

Divine Blueprint, and those wonderful mountain peaks were designed to be receptors or

projectors of the Cosmic Energy of Life from the Father / Mother God of this Solar System. That

is why the mountain peaks have always drawn the masses, and why people have sought them

as gathering places. In the ancient times, humanity could also go into those great tunnels and

caverns within the mountains of the Earth, where the blazing Violet Flames and the great

crystalline spires and structures were located.

Now we come forward in time to the beginning of the end of the Lemurian continent. Over the

many aeons of time, there were smatterings or small gatherings that had migrated along the

western coast of what is now called the United States of America, into Mexico, and even up into

what is known as Canada. This great span of land was not vastly populated at that time.

It was known by the Guardians; you, the StarSeed ancient Ones. You were the ones that

were there to support, to nurture, to help, to assist, to show the way, just as you’re showing the

way now.

And so the messages began to come forth from the higher realms that it was time to leave.

Those who still had their telepathic connection with the Beings of the higher cosmic realms were

informed that there would be a great cataclysm in the near future. It had been ordained – it must

be so. And so in great groups of people, you, as the guardians, began to gather the beautiful

Lemurians, and to migrate along the not too distant coastal areas we have mentioned before.

We will tell you, that where you are now, this place called Grimes Point, if you look to the north,

those of you who can see etherically, or can sometimes see into other dimensions, you will see

an outline of a great pyramid mountain there, which was a great volcanic mountain. A very large

group of you migrated here to that mountain. It was dormant; however, there was still great heat

radiating up from deep within the Earth. There were many large, beautiful caves and outcroppings

within and around the mountain. There was also a large curved plateau, which

connected to the mountain on the south/east side and extended for many miles. It was verdant

with a great variety of flora and fauna, and it overlooked a great lake that teemed with fish.

There was also a great variety of game and fowl on the plateau. And so all of you were guided

to take your beloved ones down into these caverns within the mountain, and this is where you

stayed for many hundreds of years.

Many other groups were sent to the south, and others went on to many different locations

across the vast continent. Some were sent to what it is now Taos, Mexico, and to many other

places of safety in the high mountains. Also, many other large groups were taken to safety

within the great tunnels and caverns of the inner Earth. Still other groups were taken across the

plains to the east. Along the Eastern coast of the United States, the groups that migrated there

were from Atlantis. Those Beings who would eventually come to be known as the pure

American Indian Races. Some of these were the mound builders, who built wonders all the way

up as far as what is now called Wisconsin. It became heavily populated, but this was mostly

those who embodied the Atlantean Race energy. We have been focusing on those who carried

the encodings of the Lemurian Race; however, the mass migration was also taking place in a

lesser form around the world.

It was during that long era that all of the beautiful Lemurian Beings that were saved from the

cataclysms were encoded with the DNA of all of the future Root Races. It was a time of coming

together; the programmed Memory Seed Atoms were infused within your DNA at that time –

they were programmed with an “Event Trigger” that would be activated at a time in the future

when it was appropriate to begin to return to unity consciousness. In other words, the different

Root Races, all the future different cultures, and the different, uniquely evolved Sub-Races were

brought forth on the Earth and separated; different languages, different customs, different

realities, so that each group could follow their unique path and play out their unique Divine

Blueprint.

And that is still continuing, as you can see, in many places on Earth where people are warring

and are at odds with each other. All of those dear Souls are really warring with themselves, for

they are in disharmony with the Facets of their own Being, and so they project it out onto others.

The Divine Hologram containing all of the segments of the great cosmic plan were stored deep

within the Earth’s caverns during those ancient beginning times. The Cosmic Memory Seed

Atoms were infused with the Essence and the Divine Blueprint for each and every era of

humanity’s and the Earth’s sojourn through to the completion of this great experiment in duality /

polarity. This critical segment of the Divine Plan, which will catapult humanity and the Earth into

the entry levels of the Fifth Dimension, is waiting to be activated by all of you, the STARSEED

SOULS.

Deep within the Earth’s great caverns are many clusters composed of the great crystalline

spires of the five Higher Galactic Rays, along with the refined Seven Rays of consciousness for

your Solar System. These magnificent sentient crystals are ready and waiting for humanity to

activate them – to bring them to life so they may begin to radiate forth the more refined

frequencies of the New Age of Aquarius, and the Divine frequencies of Light needed for the

ascension of humanity and the Earth.

A Crystal Memory Seed Atom of Cosmic Energy was encoded within every Soul now

residing on the Earth plane. However, you must achieve an auric vibrational level – an

energetic signature – of at least the Mid-Fourth Dimensional frequencies of Light (so that

you may begin to receive the refined Adamantine Particles of Creator Light), before your

personal Memory Seed Atom can be activated. Can you not see why it is so critical that

you strive to “return to balance and harmony” so that you may assist in the activation of

the new Divine Blueprint, and also active your personal Memory Seed Atom of the

future? You are sorely need, beloveds!

Have you ever wondered, have you ever even thought about how there could be such great

diversity in the population of the United States? There has been much conjecture, in the past,

as to where the future inhabitants of North America came from. Over time, some different

groups did migrate across the Bering Straits. It is also said they the came across the oceans:

yes, perhaps a few, but not many.

Some tribes of the Indian Race are almost white, some were tall, and some are short. They

have distinctly different features, and a multitude of different physical expressions. How could

that be? Where could they all have come from? They are earthlings. The Earth was their first

physical embodiment for this cosmic round of physical expression. They were encoded with all

the uniqueness or physical expression of the many Root and Sub-root Races, and they spread

out across the land over the next many thousands of years. And so you see you are a part of

that unique StarSeed Race that began as the Lemurian Race on this Earth Plane.

It is time for all of you, and for the Indian culture, for all of the different cultures to realize that

there is no separation: that you all are part of the whole. In all of those who came to this

wonderful land there was placed a deep-seated feeling – there was a desire to own the land.

Think of the hardships that were endured: to move into the desert land, or to move anywhere

within this great land. Why were they driven, for what reason were they driven? There was

something deep within them that they felt and desired. And it has always been the same way in

Europe and Asia. In Africa, you will find that there was also a great diversity in the cultures,

expression and the colors. There were also those that were placed there that had the DNA

encodings of unity and harmony within them. And those precious Souls are also making a huge

effort to evolve at this time.

After the great land shifting and cataclysms finally subsided, and it was time for all of you to

emerge, and to go forth and journey across the land, this great mountain was no longer needed,

and so it came alive. It exploded and shattered, leveling it so that all that remained are the hills

and the rocks you now see. These beautiful rocks that are scattered across the land hold the

energy – they hold the energy of future creation; that is why the ancient ones have always been

drawn here. There is something magical here, there's magic in the rocks – in the energy of the

rocks – it is energy of the new Divine Blueprint: the Seeds of new creation you are now bringing

forth.

Do you remember how in some of the ancient Indian legends, the Elders speak of their people,

their ancestors, coming forth from within the Earth? And many of you have replied: “How could

that be?” This is how it could be: They lived and survived within those caverns within the great

mountains during the time of the turbulent cataclysms, and when it was safe, they gradually

emerged. As the Earth settled into its new geological form, those of you who carried the wisdom

and the higher frequencies – when your job was over, when your mission was finished – you

returned to the higher realms. That was the beginning of a new era, for those who were left

behind began to diminish in consciousness, as the Earth also sank into the lower frequencies of

the Third and the three lowest planes of the Fourth Dimension. They sunk down into their base

nature, existing mostly within the three lowest chakras, into their animal / human nature so that

they could begin from that beginning, and to move upward once more. And that is a

capsulization of what has taken place over these many thousands of years since the sinking of

Lemuria.

The great caverns, the great tunnels and labyrinths, many of them are now filled with water, but

many of them are still open and are available. This is what you are helping to accomplish with

this portal opening; this is what you were programmed to do at this time. You are assisting in the

opening the passageways, and the clearing of the etheric bloodstream of the Earth, and we are

opening the portal ways into the higher Dimensions. Many have been opened, but these that

are now being opened are extending all the way to the God Source of this Sub-universe; not just

to levels above levels, not just to and above the mid-Fourth Dimension, but up to and through

the Fifth Dimension and beyond. See it as a vast geometric portal opening, and then envision it

spiraling and narrowing as it goes farther and farther out into the cosmos. And then, envision a

radiant column of Light as it begins to radiate the blessed Creator Essence back down through

your atmosphere, thereby bathing the Earth and all humanity.

This great activation will also assist in opening all the impaction that leads down into the energy

system of the Mother Earth: that energy will radiate through all
