I'd like to have this sheet (cards) go around. If you could send this around, it

would be great. Pass these around the class, please.

Let's work through the exercise. Try to figure out the blanks. Let's do the blanks (the gap fill exercise). Put the right preposition in the blank (into the space). Think of a better word. Circle it. Mark lightly with a pencil to be erased. Let's do the exercises related to the topic. We'll cover all the questions relevant to the topic.

Work through the exercises on your own. (at home) I suggest mat you do it on your own. Why don't you write (read/ do) it at home? Ex 12 is on page 7. Do sentences 3 through 10.

Open your books at/to page 7. Let's turn to page 7. Turn to Lesson 5 in your books. Let's slip to page 8. Look back. I am reading on page 11 halfway down.

Second line from the bottom. We ended up on page 43. Do you think that's where we left off? Where were we? I don't know where I was. You are not concentrating. Listen closely. Are you listening? You seem to be miles away. What's the picture showing?
