I． Organization

Organizer: School of Cyberspace Science of HIT

II． Schedule

15^th， October--5^th， November: Application by Email（ hitctf2021@126. com)

12^th， November: Platform Orientation;

2pm， 13^th – 2pm， 14^th， November: Online Competition (A 24-hour Event);

3pm -- 5. 30pm， 14^th， November: Online technical review and Award Ceremony.

III． Competition rules

The competition adopts the online problem-solving mode, using the online competition platform provided by the organizing committee. And each team participates online through Internet. Through solving the problem, Teams get scored by submitting correct flags.

The score of each challenge will be dynamically calculated according to the number of solved teams.

Final ranking is determined by the total score and solving time of each team.

The question types are mainly in the form of Web, PWN, reverse, password, MISC, etc.

IV． Prize

The first place (champion) will be awarded with a bonus of 10, 000 Yuan (or equivalent prize) and a certificate of honor.

The 2^nd place will be awarded with a bonus of 8, 000 Yuan (or equivalent prize), and a certificate of honor.

The 3^rd place will be awarded with a bonus of 5, 000 Yuan (or equivalent prize) and a certificate of honor.

Besides, another 7 teams ranking from 4^th to 10^th will be awarded with a bonus of 3000 (or equivalent prize), totaling 21000.

All participating team members are awarded a certificate of honor.
