Discrimination - is a distinguishing treatment of an individual based on their actual or perceived membership in a certain group or category. On the basis of prejudice.

A strike is a refusal to work organized by a body of employees as a form of protest, typically in order to meet their demands.

3. Give a definition to the term ‘lockout’.

An employer's action, when he prevents his employees from entering a building by locking it, such that employees cannot work. Purpose – to waive employer’s requirements (sometimes it conducts with hiring new employees).

4. What grounds can a person be discriminated on?

A person can be discriminated based on sex or gender and race relations, disability, marital status, age, religion, sexual orientation, etc.
