4. My Free Time

Nowadays, people work a lot and rarely even want to dedicate some time for relaxing. Still when we have some, we try to spend it to what we really like to do. There are many possible ways to plan our spare time and I would like to tell about one.

I like to go in for sports, for example, playing football, basketball or volleyball. All physical or manual work involves muscles work. It helps me to be fit and healthy.

Sometimes I prefer watching TV, going out with my friends or just sleeping all day long. When I have free time, I may also read books, visit the museums, cinemas, parks or exhibitions.

My family is fond of travelling and we spend our time discovering new countries and cultures. It gives us an opportunity for self-development.

Leisure time and hobbies are very important for every person. As for me, whatever way of relaxing I choose, it must help me find new forces and the desire for life. They help people to enjoy life and bring a spiritual and mental satisfaction.
