8. Financing Terms

8. 1. Target contribution for participation in the Contest shall amount to:

· For solo-performers – 500 (five hundred) roubles;

· For groups - 700 (seven hundred) roubles.

8. 2. The payment shall be transferred to the school`s business account. The target contribution payment receipt shall be produced by a participant at registration. In case of failure to attend the Contest, the target contribution amount shall not be repayed.

ATTENTION!

Entrance to the territory of Kaliningrad region is made:

· By plane – a Russian passport is required;

· By train or car – a Russian foreign passport is required;

· A Russian visa or MRG card is required for foreign citizens.

9. Document Submission Procedure

9. 1. The documents for participation in the Contest shall be sent in before March 10, 2021.

9. 2. A completed application shall be submitted in hard copy or electronic format, affixed by signature of the Head and seal of the institution. The following shall be attached to the application:

· application (see attached);

· a copy of birth certificate (please bring the original at the Contest registration);

· a picture (sign your last name on the reverse).
9. 3. Incomplete set of documents shall not be registered.

9. 4. The documents shall be sent to the organizing committee at the address: Russia, 236005, Kaliningrad, Vostochnaya str., 18. Municipal Autonomous Educational Institution of Children Supplementary Education of City District “Kaliningrad City” “M. I. Glinka Children`s Music School”.

9. 5. The Contest organizers shall be entitled to decide on publication of the Contest performance pictures and information on the contestants in mass-media.

9. 6. A submitted application for participation in the Contest shall infer agreement with all the Contest terms.
