Program requirements for groups: · A piece by a Russian composer · One-two optional pieces 5. 4. Program execution time - I group up to 6 minutes; Group II up to 8 minutes; Group III up to 10 minutes; Group IV up to 12 minutes; Group V up to 15 min. 6. Contest Jury 6. 1. The Contest Jury shall include leading Russian and foreign specialists. 6. 2. The Jury shall be headed by the Chairman. Any organizational and technical work shall be carried out by the secretary. 6. 3. The Jury members presenting their students at the Contest, shall not participate in discussion of their performance. 6. 4. The Jury shall be entitled not to award all the prizes or award the same prize to several performers. 6. 5. The Jury and organizing committee shall reserve a right to establish new and incentive prizes. 6. 6. Decision of the Jury shall be final and not subject to reconsideration. 7. Awarding the Contestants 7. 1. By decision of the Jury the contestants winning the I-st, II-nd and III-d prizes shall be awarded with a Laureate title of respective rank, diplomas and prizes. 7. 2. Participant winning the IV-th prize, shall be awarded with a Diploma winner title, diploma and a souvenir. 7. 3. The contestants shall be awarded with participation certificates. 7. 4. The jury has the right to award not all places or share one place between the performers. 7. 5. The jury and organizing committee reserve the right to establish additional prizes and incentive prizes. 7. 6. The jury's decision is final and not subject to revision.
