PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE

· A bachelor’s degree or above;

· Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above) and Chinese (HSK 6);

· To have knowledge about various Russia interconnection products and content platforms;

· Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must), Adobe Photoshop will be an advantage;

· Strong analytical and communication skills;

· Ability to learn an understand mobile phone industry.

 

2. HR SPECIALIST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As HR Specialist you will be responsible for management, coordination, and control of field force. Moreover, you will handle all recruitment process for field force team. Ideal candidate should have good communication, and analytical skills that to build good relationships with business and candidates as well. Moreover, he/she should be high oriented on the result.

 

· Working in internal systems;

· To handle all tasks relative to HR Admin: keeping communication with leased agency, calculation of salary and bonus part;

· Management of recruitment part: web sites, data base, reference network and etc.;

· Keep close communication with hiring managers and HRBP;

· Regular preparation of reports on hiring;

· Other HR related activities.

 

PROFESSIONAL Attribute

The successful candidate will have:

· 2 or 3+ years’ experience in HR, prefer with field force;

· Experience working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment;

· Positive attitude and great communications skills;

· Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above);

· Fluent Chinese is a must;

· Bachelor degree or above.
