We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is passionate abouttechnology, energy management, and recruitment -to join our amazing Talent Acquisition & Mobility team. WhatYou’ll Do:

  • Scheduling of interviews (across CIS region): phone screens, video conferencing, face-to-face meetings
  • Track and update candidate interactions in ATS (Taleo)
  • Provide updates to candidates regarding their applicant/interview status as needed
  • Participation in Employer Branding & UR activities (career fairs, students’ events and etc)
  • Source candidates
  • Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Business Stakeholders, HR andCandidates) and maintain effective communication channels

 

Whoyouare:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented;
  • Have a passion for always maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
  • Able to adapt and pivot in a fast-moving environment
  • Ready to take initiative and work independently

Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • 1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar Coordination support role
  • You have experience with using applicant tracking systems or similar tools
