VIRTUAL COMPETITION SCHEDULE

On August 24, the password of the " RRI 2021" competition will be published. From August 25 to September 10 athletes create their AVATARs (videos) to participate in competitions. On September 11-12, the registration form of the team participating in the competition should be sent to Natalia Sukhareva e-mail: 10ns52@mail. ru Virtual Competition: September 26-27, 2021 10 Oktober the awards ceremony will be shown on the You Tube channel of the RFAG. Every gymnasts will receive a certificate of participation and receive a diploma as well. The medals will be sent by the postal service.

CATEGORIES

The IV Open virtual competitions in aerobic gymnastics «Rowan Red International 2021» consist of Finals in categories IW, IM, MP, TR, GR, AD, AS. Rewarding is carried out: 1. Сhildren 6-8 years old 2. National Development (Ages 9- 11) 3. Age Group 1 (Ages 12-14) 4. Age Group 2 (Ages 15-17) 5. Senior (18 over) In order to develop interest in competitions in aerobic gymnastics, a division is introduced in each category of IW and IM by year of birth, except for the age of 18+. The team result is determined by the best total of places for the performances in the GR+AD+AS.

FLOOR COVERING

The use of any kind of surface is accepted: normal gym floor, carpet floor, etc. as well as the AER Competition floor.

APPAREL

The traditional FIG Aerobic competition attire is requested

COMPETITION FORMAT

The competition consists of Aerobic gymnastics discipline. Gymnasts will submit a routine video that complies with FIG aerobic gymnastics competition rules and the 2017-2021 Code of Points. To confirm the shooting date at the beginning of the performance, they show the PASSWORD for participation in the " Rowan Red International 2021" competition, which will be sent published on August 24th. • The video should be recorded with a microphone (you can also use • an integrated microphone on your mobile phone device) to capture • the music as well as visual choreography (loud enough to hear the music without background noise) • The video should be recorded with good lighting and both team members lit from the front, please avoid back lighting • A tripod or Steadicam could be used for videotaping (optional) • The videos must be naturally recorded and not enhanced digitally in any way. • One video submission per routine • A confirmation email will be sent if the video submission has been done. Video format (MPEG-4, MOV. MP4) • Video codec (H. 264/MPEG-4 AVC) • Video resolution (1920x1080) • Frame rate: 30 or 60 fps • Screen ratio: (16: 9) • Video orientation: Landscape (Horizontal) Size (up to 200 MB) Music Rights: Each National Gymnastics Federation will also have to confirm that the music does not violate any copyrights and that it can be broadcasted within sports. This confirmation will have to be made at the time of the email Registration. Video Eligibility: NSK AGF reserves the right to determine which videos are eligible for entry in the competition. Some items that could lead to video exclusion: 1) Non-respect of the Advertising Rules mentioned in this document 2) any explicit lyrics/words in the music or background audio of the video 3) Video background that violates good manners, ethical and moral social principles of our society, e. g. advertising which is glorifying violence, racial, religious, political or sexism 4) Apparel non-conforming to decency and modesty. It is necessary to sign AVATAR (video file) as follows: IM_Ivanov Mark_2006_ Netanya_Israel_ 26-27 SeptemberJudges, spectators and athletes will see the competitions on the You Tube channel of the All-Russian Federation of Aerobic Gymnastics (RFAG) in accordance with the program (the link to the broadcast will be immediately before the competition). The World and European Champions in aerobic gymnastics will comment on the competition and immediately announce the judges' score. On October 10, the awards ceremony will take place on the channel of the All-Russian Federation of Aerobic Gymnastics (RFAG).

JUDGES AND JURIES

Deadline to submit the judges registration: 11-12 September 2021 Each delegation provides judges who have Telegram

and know how to work in Zoom. (Each participating federation must provide minimum one judge). Failure to do so, or if a participating Federation sends a judge will result in a fine of ₽ 5’000. - to be paid to the Organizing Member Federation. The number of Juries (judges’ panels) may be decided by the Organizing Member Federation depending on the number of participating competitors and judges. Priority will be given to the judges of the highest category Each Judge Panel consists of: 4 A-Jury, 4 E-Jury, 2-D-Jury and 1-CJP (will also keep the time) No Line judges will be used. Federation will have the opportunity to nominate judges. Judges work according to the FIG rules, using the NSK-SLF-Judging System (Novosibirsk Super Light Friendly Judging System), judging meetings in the Zoom program in the judges' webinar room, and Telegram

scoring.
