Our Lycee

Our Lycee

1. I am a pupil of the 4^th form. I study at the Lycee.

2. Our Lycee is not very big. It has got 2 floors.

3. There are 5 hundred pupils there.

4. Our school year begins on the 1^st of September.

5. We have lessons 6 days a week. Every day we have 5 or 6 classes.

6. There are a lot of subjects on our timetable: Russian, Maths, Literature, English, ____________________________________________________

and others.

7. Sometimes we have classes outdoors. These are P.E._________________

9. At half past 11 we have lunch. We usually eat soup, fish or meat, spaghetti

or potato, juice or tea and pies.

10. We have a uniform in our Lycee. We wear dark trousers or skirts, white or light shirts and jackets.

12. I’d like to recite a poem “School”

School is fun for girls and boys.

It’s much better than the toys.

We can read and write and play

And speak English every day.

CLOTHES

1. People cannot live without clothes. For different weather we have different clothes.

2. When it is hot we wear a T-shirt, jeans or shorts.

3. Girls put on blouses and skirts. Boys put on shirts and trousers.

4. We wear sneakers, boots, shoes, slippers or sandals on our feet.

5. On the head we put on a cap or a hat.

6. When it is rainy we put on a raincoat and take an umbrella.

7. In winter we wear warm clothes: a scarf, mittens, a sweater, an overcoat.

8. When people come home they take off warm clothes.

9. And if we want to buy clothes we usually try them on.
10. I’d like to recite a poem:

THE KITTENS CLOTHES Jeans and trousers,

Sweaters and shirts,

Socks and tights

And jackets and skirts.

T-shirts, shoes,

High boots and mittens.

These are the clothes of the kittens.
