4. Regulations of the Forum.

 

     IV International Far East Symphonic Seminar-Forum of The International Creative Workshops IGYM «MolOt International Group» of the Russian Music Union will be held at the Higher School of Music in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) from 23-29 February in 2020.

Within the framework of creative workshops, there will be following events:

 

1. Opening concert of RS (YA) State Philarmony Symphonic Orchestra, the programme of which will include worldwide premieres by Russian and international authors along with 2 concerts of HSM RS (YA) Orchestra, which will consist of pieces by participants and guests of the forum, written during the forum.

2. Educational series of lectures, master-classes and practicums for young composers, performers and musicologists in all disciplines:

– composition,

– basis,

– musical criticism and journalism,

– author course of the worldwide instrumental history,

– author course of the culturology and conceptology of the worldwide musical heritage,

– author course of music history,

– author course of editing of chamber and symphonic full scores,

– presentation of national culture and acquaintance with folklore of Far East region (Sakha Republic (Yakutia), Mongolia, South Korea)

– presentation of composition schools and creative meetings with composers and figure cultures of Poland, Norvegia, Mongolia, South Korea and Czech Republic.

3. Practical sessions with conductors of symphonic orchestra.

4. Participants of the forum will write new symphonic pieces, working with symphonic orchestra in the process of composing.

5. Presentation of newest authorial educational programmes of mentors, invited to the forum.

6. Orchestral rehearsals. Selection of works by composers for the premiere performance in spring 2020 as part of the V International Far East Symphonic Seminar- Forum.

 

Composers and musicologists, selected for the forum are divided into categories «A» and «B», according to their age and degree of professional level.

Category «A» involves students of Russian and foreign higher educational institutions on first stages of study, students of music colleges.

Category «B» includes graduates of higher educational institutions, postgraduate students and members of professional unions.

Programmes for participants of categories «A» and «B» are different.

     Educational part of the Forum is performed by invited mentors.

 

Group sessions will be held by:

 

Yaroslav SUDZILOVSKY (Moscow) - Composer, Council member of the Union of Composers of Russian Federation, Council member of the Russian Musical Union, President of IGYM «MolOt International Group» RMU, Сhairman of the Youth Department of the Composers Union of Russian Federation (MolOt), Сreative Director of International Workshops IGYM «MolOt International Group» RMU, Director of IGYM «MolOt International Group» RMU seminar programmes.

Georg HAJDU (Germany)– composer, professor of the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg (University of Music and Theatre, Hamburg), head of sonic arts department.

 

Snejana PISLARI (Moldova) – composer, lector of the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts, Ph. D in Study of Arts and Culturology, member of MolOt, member of IGYM «MolOt International Group» RMU collegium

 

Dmitry LYBIN (Belarus) - composer, president of the Belarussian society of Contemporary Music (BSCM), member of IGYM «MolOt International Group» RMU collegium.

 

Bogdan KOROLYOK (Ekaterinburg - Saint-Petersburg) – musical critic, artistic Director assistant of “Ural-Ballet”.

 

Sergey SUDZILOVSKY (Moscow)– violoncellist, People’s Artist of Russian Federation, laureate of VI International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow (USSR).

 

Altyngaral HISHIGDOGDOHYP (Mongolia) – composer, member of IGYM «MolOt International Group» RMU collegium, docent of Mongolian National Conservatoire, Dean of composition and music theory department of Mongolian National Conservatoire.

 

Sharaphsaran TSERENDZHIGMET (Mongolia)– pianist, laureate of international competitions, head of international office of Mongolian National Conservatoire.

Nikolai MIKHEEV (Yakutsk) – composer, Exellence in education RU (YA), Chairman of SakhaMolOt, member of IGYM «MolOt International Group» RMU collegium.

 

Konstantin MARSAAN (Yakutsk) – film director, pioneer of Yakutia national cinema.

Creative meetings and seminars of national composition schools will be provided by:

 

Alexandra CHMIELEWSKA (Poland) – composer, Chairman of the Young Composers Union of Poland;

 

Altyngaral HISHIGDOGDOHYP (Mongolia) – composer, member of IGYM «MolOt International Group» RMU collegium, docent of Mongolian National Conservatoire, Dean of composition and music theory department of Mongolian National Conservatoire.

 

Andreas Torkhundrud RYOKHOL (Norway) – composer, Director of young composers group of Norway Union of Composers “NyMusikks komponistgruppe”.

 

Vladimir KSENOPHONTOV (RU (YA), RF) –composer, laureate of RU (YA) State Award, honored art worker.

 

Special guest of IV International Far East Symphonic Seminar-Forum of IGYM «MolOt International Group» RMU is going to be Alexander KLEVITSKY (Moscow) – general Director of the Russian Musical Union, senior deputy of Council President of the Russian Musical Union of Russian Federation, chairman of the Moscow Union of Composers collegium, honored art worker of Russian Federation, creative Director and main conductor of the Y.V. Silantyev Academic Major Concert Orchestra.

There will be creative meeting with participants of the forum.

    In addition, in the framework of the seminar-forum, there will be creative talks about the history of Yakutia music and culture with composers and members of Composers Union, such as K. Gerasimov (Chairman of Composers Union), N. Mikheev and V. Ksenofontov.
