· Bosikov Higher School of Music of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia);

· Symphonic Orchestra of the SR (YA) Higher School of Music.

3. Goals and objectives:

· Rendering of maximal cooperation in creative formation and development of the personality of young composers, musicologists and performers;

· Formation of young composers’ practical skills, working with orchestra;

· Provision of the connection between generations of composers and musicologists, exchange of experience;

· Detection and support of talented young composers, performers and musicologists;

· Creation and approbation of new educational programmes, cycles and lecture courses in relevant thematics; lectures and practical sessions for composers, musical critics and contemporary music performers;

· Improvement of professional competence of young composers and musicologists.
