Task 2. Solvetheproblem. Patient M., 16 years old, came to the dental clinic with complaints of bleeding and soreness of the gums when eating solid food and brushing his teeth. From the anamnesis: for the first time bleeding gums appeared at the age of 13. The patient brushes his teeth once a day with a soft brush for 1 minute. At external examination: the configuration of the face is not changed, the skin of the face and visible mucous membranes are without pathological changes. Regional lymph nodes are not palpable. During intraoral examination: the state of the oral mucosa: pale pink, normally moistened. The gingival papillae of all teeth are hyperemic, edematous, bleed during probing. Condition of hard tissues of teeth. Fillings of class 1 on 1. 4, 2. 7, 4. 7 teeth. Hygienic condition of the oral cavity: a significant amount of soft plaque and supragingival tartar is visually determined, there are particles of subgingival tartar. The IGR-U index is 4. 3.
