During intraoral examination: the state of the oral mucosa: pale pink, normally moistened. The gingival papillae of all teeth are hyperemic, edematous, bleed during probing. Condition of hard tissues of teeth. Fillings of class 1 on 1. 4, 2. 7, 4. 7 teeth. Hygienic condition of the oral cavity: a significant amount of soft plaque and supragingival tartar is visually determined, there are particles of subgingival tartar. The IGR-U index is 4. 3.
