Physical culture is a health and strength training movement
Physical fitness Физическая подготовленность state of health and well-being; the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities
Physical fitness tests is a test designed to measure physical strength, agility, and endurance.
Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness
Aerobic exercise   is physical exercise that depends primarily on energy-generating process requiring free oxygen
  Anaerobic exercise is physical exercise that depends on energy-generating process using substances which are stored in limited quantities within muscle cells
Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone
Well-being,        = wellbeing, or wellness Самочувствие general term for the condition of an individual (or group)
Agility                                  = nimbleness Ловкость - is the ability to change the direction of the body in an efficient and effective manner and to achieve this requires a combination of balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, and endurance
Endurance Выносливость - is the ability to exert itself and remain active for a long period of time
Physical exercises for endurance dancing, skating, cycling, swimming, brisk walking.
Physical exercises for flexibility yard work, vacuuming, stretching, golf
Physical exercises for strength raking leaves, climbing stairs, lifting free weights, push-ups
