Стажер ВТБ Юниор в HRIS and Reporting ⇐ ПредыдущаяСтр 3 из 3 Стажер ВТБ Юниор в HRIS and Reporting The Position The primary purpose of this trainee role is to ensure organizational data management and HR information systems support (HRIS) liaising with IT team, as well as control data quality and provide data analysis. After reaching in-depth knowledge of HRIS, additional responsibilities will include support HRIS end users and deliver HRIS training and consulting.
The applicant will be required to work as part of a team as well as independently on a number of different activities simultaneously. Internal and external IT systems support is available. Principal Responsibilities Client / IT / HRReportingRelations: · Supports users of core HR systems and Application · Provides hands-on training and remote troubleshooting to users of HRIS · Liaises with relevant HR and IT units as required Functional / Process: · Executes data entry for organizational structure and data quality control · Tracks and resolves data quality issues in a timely manner · Supports peers in HR Reporting to troubleshoot data issues with HRIS
Key Competencies & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree (finished in 2017/2018) or current Master’s student (technical degree or similar is preferable) · Computerand MS Officeliteracy · Experience working with databases and analytical systems will be a plus · Knowledge of Oracle HCM and 1S systems will be a plus · Acumen of getting the job done · High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times · Ability to drill down on important issues and be directly involved in day-to-day execution · Good communication skills - both written and verbal, English and Russian
