2nd International Choral Workshop/Eastern European Forum at the Republic of Moldova

1. Sponsors:

3. This Workshop:

· seeks to intensify the creative and personal advanceof young composers and musicologists;

· helps develop the skills of tackling male choir and familiarizes the participants with the Byzantine chant as a historic tradition;

· attempts to maximize efforts aimed at resolving the critical issues faced by the young composers and musicologists today;

· bonds the various generations of composers, musicologists and conductors providing the important communication of experience;

· discovers and supports young talented composers and musicologists;

· enhances the competences of the participants;

· discovers new names, unconventional and alternative thinkers amongst the new authors, and fosters their creative development and progress in the 21^st century;

· enlarges the list of the new bright choral scores by young composers for Eastern European choirs.
