" Another" используется с исчисляемыми существительными в единственном числе или с местоимением one. Также " another" может употребляться перед сочетанием " числительное + существительное во множественном числе".

" Other" употребляется с исчисляемыми существительными во множественном числе или неисчисляемыми существительными. Оно может использоваться с исчисляемыми существительным в единственном числе в том случае, если перед " other" стоит какой-либо определитель (артикль, местоимение и т. п. )

" Others" используется только как местоимение, заменяя существительное во множественном числе.
