Delegation. Types of Points and order of PriorityСтр 1 из 2Следующая ⇒ Delegation Should: 1. Act strictly in accordance with the Rules of Procedure; 2. Be respectful towards the other delegations; 3. Avoid interrupting both the Chairs and delegations; 4. Speak only on behalf of the represented member state of the committee and not on their own behalf; 5. Avoid touching placards except of the cases providing its necessity; 6. Speak only English, the working language of the committee; Have a right to: 1. Present the position on the agenda of the member state; 2. Participate in voting, debates; 3. Raise Points and Motions; 4. Participate directly in creating draft and final resolutions; Types of Points and order of Priority Points should be considered in the following order: 1. Point of Personal Privilege; 2. Point of Parliamentary Inquiry 3. Question on Voting; 4. Question to the Speaker; 5. Question to the Expert; 6. Right to Reply; Point of Personal Privilege: 1. May be raised at any time except of the process of voting; 2. May be raised provided the delegations feels sick; Point of Parliamentary Inquiry: 1. May be raised at any time except of the process of voting or during a speech of a delegation; 2. May be raised in order to clarify a point regarding the present Rules of Procedure, conduct of business or Model UN schedule; Question on Voting: 1. May be raised only during the process of voting; 2. May be raised provided that the Representative believes there has been miscalculation of the votes; Question to the Speaker: 1. May be raised after the Chairman asks for it; 2. May be raised only in order to ask the delegation, having had their speech, on the agenda; 3. The Chairman or Expert may rule a Question out of order provided they deem the Question irrelevant to the agenda; Question to the Expert: 1. May be raised at any time except of the process of voting or during a speech of a delegation; 2. May be raised in order to clarify a substantial point regarding the matter under discussion of the committee, the position of the UN on the agenda or any other point regarding the agenda;
