RENT AGREEMENT             

 

This agreement is made in date ____/____/20____ between

hereinafter called the “Lessee ” hereinafter called the “Lessor”   

Both parties agree into the agreement as followings:

 

Clause 1. THE PREMISE

The premise is room № _____________ on floor _____________ in ________________________ Condo, address:

 ______/_______ M. ______, ___________________Road Nongprue, Banglamung, Chonburi. including its furniture.

Clause 2. RENTAL PURPOSE

The Lessee agrees to rent the Premise for living.

Clause 3. PERIOD OF RENT

The period of rent is  _____/_____/20_____ — _______/______/20______

Clause 4. RENTAL RATE

This rental includes renting a room with furniture and property (specified in the list in Appendix A) in the amount of ____000, 00 rubles for a period. The rent is paid to the Lessor monthly until the 10th day.

On the next day of the conclusion of the agreement, the Lessee must pay a deposit = ____ 000, 00 rubles to ______________

In case of damage to the property through his own fault - the Lessee must replace it with a similar one, by agreement of the parties - or, at the request of the Lessor - buy a new one, with an additional payment of the difference in price from the amount

 

Clause 5. THE RETURNABLE DEPOSIT

The Lessor agrees to return the deposit to Lessee within chekout day provided that this agreement expires, the Lessee does not break this agreement nor be in arrears with the payment. The Premise must not be damaged by the Lessee as well.

Clause 6. SUB- LEASING

The Lessee shall have no right to sub-lease the premise or transfer his/her rental right to the third party, except when receiving the written consent from the Lessor.
