4) Talk about Islamic history and recall stories

Storytelling is an excellent form of communication. It gives you a lesson to remember, and it engages the audience. It is important for today's youth to understand how Islam brought the Arabs out of the dark times and brought about rights for women, ended discrimination, and established rules for warfare, and much more.

Many young people in the West especially are scared to identify as Muslims. Their fear is valid as Muslims are usually associated with terrorism. However, if these young people are informed about their rich heritage, about how learned their ancestors were, they would feel nothing but pride and be good Muslims.

5) Tell them about the rewards

There is an immense reward for learning the Quran online. There is also an endless reward for following through with it. In fact, following through it will land you straight into heaven. Tell your children about how the shortest time of recitation can give them so many benefits. There are several Hadith that talk about the reward associated with the recitation of the Quran. It is said: " [Whoever recites a letter] from Allah's Book, then he receives the reward from it, and the reward of ten the like of it. I do not say that Alif Lam Mim is a letter, but Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter, and Mim is a letter. " (Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2910)

When young people see that Islam is so simple, easy, and natural, they will be unbothered by worldly problems and will be more close to becoming a better Muslim.
