1. I oblige myself to observe the laws in force in Romania, the school and university rules, regulations and norms, as well as those for social life. I am aware that any untrue information will lead to my disqualification.

2. I declare on my own responsibility that:

- the information in this file is correct and complete,

- during the scholarship period, I will observe the Romanian legislation in force,

- I will respect the deadlines and application procedures, knowing that their infringement may lead to the rejection of the file,

- I take note of the conditions for obtaining a scholarship in Romania and I will respect them,

- I take note of the fact that at registration I will present a medical certificate attesting that I am not suffer from any contagious diseases or any other affections incompatible with the future profession. I will present an authorized translation of the respective document in English, French or Romanian language if the medical certificate is not issued in English, French or Romanian language.

3. I have not been and I am not under any investigation related to acts of terrorism by the authorities in my home country or in other state.

2. J’atteste en pleine responsabilité que:

- les informations fournies sont exactes et complè tes,

- durant la pé riode de bourse, je vais respecter rigoureusement la lé gislation roumaine en vigueur,

- je vais respecter les dé lais et les procé dures de candidature, en sachant que dans le cas contraire le dossier sera rejeté,

- je suis en connaissance des conditions d’obtenir une bourse d’é tudes en Roumanie et je vais les respecter,

- je prends acte du fait que, lors de l'inscription à l'université, je pré senterai un certificat mé dical attestant que je ne souffre d'aucune maladie contagieuse ou de toute autre affection incompatible avec la future profession. Je pré senterai une traduction autorisé e du document respectif en anglais, franç ais ou roumain si le certificat mé dical n'est pas dé livré en anglais, franç ais ou roumain.

3. Je n’ai pas fait et je ne fais pas l’objet d’enquê tes lié es aux actes de terrorisme par les autorité s de mon pays d’origine ou d’un autre é tat.
