Online Negotiation toolkit with the Brain in MIND

Online Negotiation toolkit with the Brain in MIND examines the fundamentals of any negotiation, large and small, face-to-face and online. More specially, this webinar we explore two challenges to online negotiations. First, the inner challenge we have with ourselves with uncertainty, self-doubt, and overthinking and how to overcome them. Second, the outer challenge we have collaborating virtually. That is, understanding the logic and accepting the emotions that are in play in every negotiation, and what you can do to improve your relationships wherever you cooperate and communicate with others.

BIO Roar Thun Wægger

Roar is a facilitator and mediator from Oslo, Norway. He is educated from the University of Oslo and have been working as a lawyer for many years within many different areas, public and private sector and with tax law, labor – and employment law and of course negotiations and conflict resolution.

Roar have had success in serving his clients emphasizing on and using a collaborate focus with clients and counterparts with great success. Roar found the world of alternative dispute resolution so fascinating and rewarding that he continued his education at some of the foremost educational institutions in the US, Harvard law school and Pepperdine school of law to be trained in conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation. Roar started his own business in 2017, Waegger Negotiation Institute, and he has partners in Indonesia, Greece, Turkey, Kenya, Italia, UK and USA, and in Oslo with Mr Jason Liam and his company MINDtalk. Roar is also a Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) accredited mediator and an accredited civil and commercial mediator in UK. He is training participants all around the world, normally in workshops (face-to-face) but also in webinars like this.
