Education is a lifelong process. The job market is changing all the time and puts forward new requirements for job seekers. People have no longer one job for life; they try lots of occupations and that needs retraining. It is essential to make education accessible at any time for everyone. Information technology makes the process of education quick. In addition, it reduces the costof education (education fee, transport and accommodation expenses) and makes it easy for learners to study from any place of the world through online learning.

However, information technology has changed not only the process of learning, but the process of teaching as well. Teachers now have at their disposal a wide variety of video and audio resources that can be provided to their students via computers and the Internet. Moreover, thanks to mobile applications, gadgets like tablets and mobile phones allow students not only to get access to the needed information, but share this information with others. Some applications can even replace libraries.

In the past a classroom discussion was possible only at school or university. However, today information technology helps arrange a group discussion and an academic forum through the Internet and virtual learning platforms such as Moodle, Zoom, Google Classroom, etc. They provide video, text chatting, and other tools.

Those who are getting education now, so called Generation Z, (people born in 2000s) are a tech-innate generation. They are familiar with technologies and enjoy them, for this reason, while teaching them it is more effective to avoid textbooks and blackboards and focus on audio-video learning. Information technology gives such an opportunity. All we need is the Internet connection.
