Possessives

We make possessives adding  ‘s to nouns.           We have only if the noun is     plural.

Nastya’s and Sergey’s flats.         Nastya has a flat. Sergey has another flat.

Nastya and Sergey’s flat.             It’s their common flat. They both have it.

All and every

All + Plural noun (All students will get the certificates.)

Every + singular noun (Every student will get a present.)

All + of + article + plural noun: I gave h/w to all of the students.

All + of + object pronoun: All of them did the h/w.

All + possessive adjective + noun: I study English all my life.

All + adjective/ adverb/ preposition: She lives all alone.

Pronoun + all: Do it all.
