RESPONSIBILITIES OF FOREIGN CITIZENS

! Violation of the passport and visa regime rules leads to academic and administrative penalties up to expulsion from the university with the subsequent rendition from the territory of the Russian Federation (with no entry within the next 5 years).

CHANGE OF STUDENT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

All international students are obliged to inform the staff of the Center for International Student Mobility and Recruitment, Ural Federal University (19 Mira St., room GUK-109) within 2 days about the following changes:

· permanent / temporary leave from Ekaterinburg

· change in the address of residence / temporary stay (moving to a private address, moving from one hostel to another, registering at the place of the medical institution)

· receipt of a new identity document

· change of surname, name, patronymic, etc

· change of the contact phone number

· upcoming change of training / specialty

· voluntary withdrawal from studies / academic leave

· change in marital status

· about the birth of a child

All international studentsare obliged to inform the staff of the Center for International Student Mobility and Recruitment, Ural Federal University (19 Mira St., office GUK-109) about the change of migration status within 1 day and provide the relevant documents:

· on obtaining a temporary residence permit (RVP) or a residence permit of a foreign citizen (residence permit);

· on the change of citizenship;

· on obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation

Foreign students must ALWAYS have with them an identification document, a migration card, a notice of arrival (registration), a medical health insurance.
