Suggests all the countries involved in the conflict pursue the peaceful resolution of this dispute through the direct political dialogue, engage fully with international mediation efforts, refrain from actions that might serve to escalate the conflict further, with the unilateral recognition of the alteration of the status of the Crimea until the peaceful settlement of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine is achieved;

Calls on Ukraine to respect the International Law and uphold the obligations to protect the rights of all the citizenryof Ukraine, including the rights of the minorities while reaffirming the commitment on its sovereignty and unity as well as the right to self-determination;

Calls uponthe withdrawal of any military regiments from the territory of the Crimean peninsula in order to prevent further escalation of the conflict;
