Thank you for applying for the position of faci on the regional conference “MayCo”.

We're looking for facis that will be full of motivation and energy to share their experience and knowledge during the whole conference!

Conferences Objectives:

1. ORGANISATIONAL UNDERSTANDING: to build deeper understanding about the organization

2. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: to focus delegates on personal development (development of soft skills)

3. MOTIVATION: motivate members for work during summer and inspire them to apply for the Leadership positions

4. NEW @ CONNECTIONS: the opportunity to meet new people and to build strong regional network

Facilitator Profile

ü Facilitating XP

ü Org. understanding

ü AIESEC Experience for at least 1 year

ü At least one LR completed – required

ü GIP/GCDP experience – preferred.

Facilitators’ expectations:

ü Participate in pre-meetings and conference wrap up

ü Contribute to the conference development virtually (online meetings and faci community)

ü Support facilitator team before and during conference

ü Actively learn and participate in the conference sessions

ü Respect the deadlines!

Financial reimbursements:

For facilitators: accommodation will be covered.
