The following questions will give you a good idea of our organisation.

We would like you to be honest and open with your answers and write as much as possible

1. The work involves close co-operation and a level of commitment and responsibility. How well can you 1. Work closely with others, 2. Take responsibility, 3. Be well motivated. Please give your reasons.

2. The work is varied but is sometimes labour intensive. It can be heavy. It can also be repetitive. Are these challenges you can meet and possibly enjoy. Would you be able to help motivate others to try to enjoy it also?

3. Why are you interested in our project?

4. Have you any experience with development/environmental issues and if you have, what is it?

5.  Have you had any serious illness that may prevent you from doing physical work? (for example injured your back) 

6. The house is vegetarian how do you feel about adapting to this?

7. Do you have any experience of living with others, if you do, what is it?  

8. What are the three most important things for you to achieve satisfactory communal living?

9. Volunteers are expected to share household tasks including cooking for one another. Are you OK with this?

10.   Have you had any serious illness that may prevent you from doing physical work? (for example injured your back) 

11. Please indicate if you are a volunteer with fewer opportunities - see attachment for an

explanation what this is. We seek to provide one placement each deadline for such a volunteer.

12. Do you cycle and will you be able to cycle 1 hour each day to get to the workshop and home again?
