RVS: The same thing I would like to hear about the US statements on bringing to justice of the leaders of the Russian government. That is, in my understanding, if they are guilty, then, probably, not before the States, where they did everything, they supplied everything there. At the same time, they supplied not their own property, but someone else's, belonging to the people, then, as I understand, they can only have responsibility regarding the Soviet people, the Soviet Union, or to previous subjects of law. I would like to hear on this matter what the United States has to do with it.

TSV: As it was already said, those people who were engaged in the destruction of the USSR, in the export of various resources and funds, should be responsible only according to the laws of the USSR. Since the USSR is a social state, there always was and there now is state public ownership for the means of production – the land, its subsoil belonged to the people, that means the export of any resources from this territory is a crime against its own people.

Thus, all the personalities who have committed crimes of plunder, export of the resources from our country, must respond, in accordance with the laws of war and wartime, especially to the authorized representatives of the USSR. And if the third parties will try to interfere into this process, then, accordingly, they will become partners in crime. Well, for example, they will begin to confiscate these resources in their favor, block them in their territories, etc. Thus, they become partners in crime, which was connected with the export and looting of the property of the USSR.

I’m reminding you again that since Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev officially announced his dismissal from the USSR presidency no legal deals on this territory has been made. Therefore, everything that was exported from this territory in kind since Gorbachev’s dismissal is qualified as stolen. I’m saying again all of the USSR’s property was public property and property belongings of the USSR people. All property and financial assets that were exported from this territory are qualified as stolen, shall be returned in kind, and we hope for of our foreign partners’ assistance in this process. RVS: The next question, Sergei Vyacheslavovich. We all have read the law on banks and banking. TSV: All currencies on Earth have exclusively numismatic value. That is, they are of interest only for private collectors who collect all this kind of sheets of paper and admire them in their collections. These papers have No practical use and no value.

Lately, the following situation has shaped on Earth: the only legal means of payment guaranteed by all the property of our country is the USSR ruble, which is filled with more than 0. 98 grams of gold, and accordingly, in relation to other currencies it can have an infinitely high rate. Therefore, we are ready to support the currency systems of other countries for a while, for a shifting period, but under the condition that all illegal circulation of so-called money resources on the planet will be stopped by mutual agreements with the USSR. All people on the planet Earth should know this.

And today the turnover of the so-called money is supported solely by means of an altered consciousness, that is controlled by the mass media, who creates the false value (money illusion) of these bills and leaflets with certain figures written on it.

There is a good anecdote about this, which shows that only a person living in nature understands the exact cost of these useless pieces of paper that are circulating in huge quantities on planet Earth. Once upon a time a rich American tourist was travelling to a distant African country. He went to the market and decided to buy himself some fruit. He wanted to buy bananas. And he had no small bills in his pocket, only 100 dollars. He took 1 banana from the seller and gave him a 100$ bill. The seller looked at bill. He liked it very much, and gave the American tourist a banana. The American tourist was trying to explain that was 100 dollars, showed him a figure of 100. Well, then, the seller took a pencil and wrote a figure of 100 on this banana, and said: " The exchange is equivalent. " [2]

So that each of you understands that these figures are absolutely virtual, this is an example that reveals the essence of the figures that are illustrated on modern so-called money sheets. Money becomes a payment instrument only in case of a guaranteed provision. And, as you know, at the moment no currency in the world has any collateral at all and no fixed value.

RVS: Thus we can make a conclusion that all the deals in kind made with the USSR, ... specific tangible goods: timber, metal... and much more. But they paid us with papers. So, as I understand it, we can take these papers for a condition under which they delay the time of real payment with the same natural product? right?

TSV: For this reason, all the settlements with the USSR will be conducted only in kind. That is, all the deals made with any unsupported financial funds will be ignored and everything will be calculated in kind - in cubic meters of gas, in tons of oil, cubic meters of timber, etc.

RVS: These are all previous transactions, as I understand it?

TSV: Of course, all the transactions that have been made since the time when the USSR was abandoned without the authorities and management with the assistance of... ..

RVS: I think, we shouldn’t limit to this very period when USSR was left without government. We as the USSR also supplied something to them. And they gave us cut paper, and the cost of cut paper is only 3 cents.

TSV: No, all transactions. This condition is applicable to all transactions that have ever been made on our territory, if no natural exchange has been made for them, that is, part of the payments were compensated by natural exchange, that is, there was a counter delivery of the goods, and part of the payments were provided only by paper and electronic bonds, the obligations under which have not yet been fulfilled. Accordingly, this margin is to be reimbursed only in kind regardless of the limitation period when this margin occurred.

RVS: Hence we make out that the information given in the books about what currency really is, that this is a universal means of payment, is false – money is not a universal means of payment, but a deferment of payment only. Just like people vote for a candidate without giving him any rights, people give this vote to him, that lets the candidate swear to one of all candidates that he will do what he should. After that, people must grant him some rights – or restrict themselves in the rights, and thus limit the candidate in the rights, so that he can fulfill his duties correctly for the people. The money is about the same: having paid the money to you, I say " guys, I don’t have a natural product today, well, I just did not take it with me today... to pay back for a flower, or a kilo of potatoes, or to buy some bread. " But this receipt which we call money is not mine, it’s a receipt belonging to the Central Bank, so I’m giving it to you to guarantee that tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow, or in a year I will be back to pay to you by natural product...

TSV: You have correctly told, but we can say it shorter: all financial resources on the planet Earth are debt obligations and these obligations have not been yet fulfilled. Accordingly, all obligations that the third parties have in our respect must be covered in kind.

I’m reminding you once again: the bill says " the ticket of the Bank of Russia". A ticket is a bill of exchange. The issuers of these bills are always liable for the bills of exchange. In the same way, the bills of any country are bills of exchange. And the time has come when, those who have always been issuing the bills physically or electronically must bear responsibility and make adequate pay-offs in kind, including monetization, interest, delinquencies, etc. At the rates and tariffs that are provided in the banking system at the moment to those who receives these bills.

RVS: One more question. Please, comment on the following. Concerning the money supply. It is being emitted and people are constantly converting it. So, the money makes a certain turnover, and so-called monetization takes place - the filling of this issue. The money turns over more than once, the banknote remains the same, but the contents of the banknote accumulates with each turn over, as far as I understand it. According to the Central Bank’s reports, at the beginning of the restructuring period (perestroika), we had a level of 4. 6 times per year, then the turnover rose to 8. 9 times per year. The question concerns the very monetization of this turnover, what is it accumulating in, and what do we have to do with it? As far as we know it doubles by each turn. Does the people have anything to do with it, if at all?

TSV: With each turnover of banknotes, the amount of work done for these bills, doubles, that is if you... Let me better draw diagram[3] to make clear what monetization is and how the said figures appear that I spoke about and shown in the reports of the United Nations Organization made by the Bank for International Settlements who reported to the Committee of Three Hundred.

Now we are going to examine with the help of two simple schemes, how those systems that issue only debt obligations, which are misleadingly called " money, sink in the debts to those who produce real goods and services are growing

Let's take as an example a certain amount, to make it clear how the issuing center can earn a lot of money within just one year. Suppose you have the right to emission. Imagine, you woke up this morning, you have such a boring mood, you are sad, but you have the right to make emission. For example, Russian Federation, gave the right to you by its law to make emissions on this territory. And you, yawning, slightly swaying, come up to the computer, by means of which, frankly speaking, this emission is made out, because the issue is now carried out electronically, as we all understand. You turn on your computer, after that you press " One” (1) button, then you do the hard work, pressing 9 times the " ZERO" button, and finally press " Enter". From now on, you have 1 billion rubles.

RVS: Comment: The same happens when you sign a loan agreement.

TSV: You already did a hard work. But in fact, a billion rubles on the account is not what interests you. Of course, You want something more interesting. You go and buy some property for 1 billion rubles. Let it be a factory. The plant receives 1 billion rubles from you. You are the issuing center, after all. You are the Central Bank. The plant receives 1 billion rubles from you. The speed of money turnover in our country on average, if we take into account the lowest turnover range of 4. 6, and the highest range about 8. 9, comprises about 6 times per year.

That is, if we divide the year by 6 turns, we will see that 1 turnover approximately runs within 2 months. Owners of this plant, in their turn, receive this money, put them into circulation, pay salaries to their employees, buy the property they need, etc. M. That is, money in this case go into circulation. Exactly in 2 months they appear again on your account. Thus, in just 2 months you have both - 1 billion, which has already returned to you, having made the first turn, and the property that you had bought before.

After that, you implement... Well, we're not going to review complicated deals here... In fact, it can be made in a much more difficult... The you make the next purchase: for example, buy gold from a mining company. The company paid salaries, paid out to the suppliers of equipment, electricity, and exactly in 2 months this billion comes back to you. But you already have a factory, and gold for 1 billion rubles. And so on and so forth. Thus, within one year, every two months you make such transactions. Each time in 2 months, money comes back to you. By the end of the year you have an interesting result. You have all the money in its integrity and security, and the property for 6 billion rubles. This is the way the multiplication happens.

Many people don’t understand where these huge numbers colossal 31 digit sums come from and appear on the account of the Sberegatelniy Bank of the Russian Federation. This is how it all happens.

This is the first way of accumulation of funds. Although inside of this method there are dozens of others, when you can just ‘in passing’ so to speak, put into circulation both this property and that, and that property...

At every stage, you can re-use everything you have acquired and earn from it, etc. You understand that you can receive dividends from the plant, and gold can be used as a pledge instrument and make other deals with it. And thus, on each of these stages you can receive additional profit. Thus, as a result under such scheme, we got 7 times more than we had had primarily when you woke up and did a hard job of pushing as many as 11 buttons on the computer and, of course, got tired after that, its natural that you want a compensation for the loss you suffered during this morning.

There is another way of accumulation and multiplication, that lies somewhere between these two stages. For example, a certain person, a former or current employee of this plant, received a salary. The bill he received is in his pocket. He goes and buys necessary vegetables and fruits for this bill. Then, the one who sold him vegetables and fruits, goes to the barber shop. Further the same banknote passes from one’s hand to another’s. Each time a certain work is done according to the nominal value of this bill, which is written on it. Let’s imagine a man from the factory who bought a sack of potatoes on the market. Potato is a real product. The one who sold him potatoes, made a hairdo at the hairdresser’s, he received a real service. We have already a doubling of the price, etc. Then the person goes to the doctor, to the teacher, to any other specialist, receives a particular product or service and during one turn creates real goods or services, many times exceeding the nominal value of these funds that were with the original buyer.

That is, within one turnover there happens an additional monetization. There may be two, or maybe 15 of them. So, it depends on the specific conditions, the specific transactions that the owners of these funds make, etc. And this is the way when just in one year we can get the output not only 7 billion, that consists of 1 billion in the form of money, and the rest in the form of acquired property, services, goods, but much much more more, because within each of these turns there are yet smaller turns that are associated with the transfer of funds from one individual to another, etc. So it happens until the money get back into the bank and start a new turnover, each of which lasts as We have already calculated, approximately 2 months.

RVS: But this is only the turnover that passes officially through the tax system and the Central Bank. And if the money is withdrawn from the official turnover and brought into a criminal environment, let's say, drugs, weapons, prostitutes, falsificated production, etc., it turns out that some money goes out of one system, and flow in to the other criminal system.

TSV: Yes, of course, everything that was just said, is applied only to those deals and transactions that are legally registered. But as we know, significant part of the resources is concentrated in a criminal turnover on the planet Earth, which doesn’t appear in official reports in any way. And, we must calculate The value of this criminal turnover and set the appropriate requirements. Because, eventually, all the structures, both legal and illegal, consume the products of our labor, our services, i. e. of the ordinary people who create the necessary environment for them to simply physically survive. They have water in their homes provided, they build roads, sidewalks, kindergartens, schools, provide food, etc. Therefore, similar calculations of criminal transactions should also be done, including all corrections related to inflation, non-timely return of funds, late payments, etc.

As we remember, such deductions officially exist in any bank. When you fail to pay in time, you receive an appropriate penalty for each day of delay. We have not been receiving these funds for many decades. Accordingly, all these calculations must be made the by very serious specialists. But we want you to understand, what the debts to us from third parties who illegally carried out those operations really are, and we now telling you about all this. Well, for example, the issue of the unsecured funds is nothing but a criminal transaction that is concluded between the legislature and the issuing center, in our case with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Legislative power gave him the right to carry out these criminal emissions. I explain once again: the unsecured issue is a criminal issue. And so we have to make all the calculations, balances and estimate the amount of debt.

For simplicity, we made such calculation for one of our employees, who for many years was a pensioner and for many years was communicating with the Savings Bank of the Russian Federation through his savings account. It is clear that some small money was constantly left on the saving account. Accordingly, the interest earned by the bank within this time must be paid out. Not the very interest that a bank offers to a client, but the very interest that the bank really earns on such deals. Using the client’s funds must share the earnings at least equally between the client and the bank itself. So having made such calculations for only one retired man we have got a number with 32 digits.

But this is the figure, where these big and small turns, all penalties are taken into account. You may remember, that if you don’t pay to the bank in due time, you are charged 3% for each day of delay. And if you have not been paid dividends for 10 years, that you might earn, let’s say, for the amount of 10 rubles? Please charge interest by the overdue day for the period of 25 years. And you will understand that they owe you all the money of planet Earth. Because, as it is known, any agreement has equal force: if someone charges you 3% for a day of delay in payment, accordingly, in your direction sanctions should work in a similar way. That is, for the day of delay in payment in your favour, you should also receive a premium of 3%. And as soon as you apply the same conditions that the external structure imposes on you, you will fall into equal conditions.

These are the calculations the government of the USSR intends to do completely, to show them for payment in kind. Since the counterparty doesn’t have sufficient money, accordingly, the debt must be repaid in kind.

How will this be done? As you understand, neither the value of the property, nor the value of the bodies, nor the value of the souls, nor the value of the spirits of these essences is sufficient to extinguish a debt in speech. Therefore, the debt will be addressed to those systems with which these entities are connected, where they came from, who were their mentors, who were called gods, who were their teachers, inspirers and specialists who told them how to act. I've already talked about this many times. These instructions, are described in the book such as the Bible: " And you will eat fruits from trees that you did not plant, and you will live in houses that you did not build, " etc. etc. Accordingly, all those who are related to the accumulation of these debt obligations must finally fulfill and irrevocably all the obligations. It's time to make a final calculation.

RVS: And what about those people who came here to the Soviet Union from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, they, too, are...?

TSV: Everything will be very good and normal. Firstly, due to the fact that the situation in the internal space of the USSR has been distorted, and we consider guest workers, for example, residents of Tajikistan, this situation is fundamentally wrong. Residents of Tajikistan are also the citizens of the USSR. They are an internal labor force For us that migrates for one single reason. In each country there should be equal norms and tariffs for the performance of certain works. Such norms and tariffs existed in the USSR, and each person received identical salaries for any work done at any point in the USSR, so all internal migration associated with the search for high salaries will cease immediately, because the teacher in the mountain village will receive more than the teacher in the city of Moscow for one simple reason: because there exists a coefficient for remoteness, for high-altitude. All of you perfectly remember that such coefficients existed - northern, high-mountainous, remoted, this or that kind of coefficients depending on conditions, remoteness, access to the city infrastructure. Thus, each person will be needed where he was born, where he was useful. And accordingly, this process ceases immediately, moreover, we are interested to make each of the peoples return to their original territory. Equal rights and opportunities will be created for all peoples on this primordial territory, and everyone will realize himself in the environment that is native to him, the one he can call " my father's house", " my fatherland", etc. etc. And foreigners who have come here for the last 20 years and are here without the permission of the government of the USSR, will be deported from this territory, as well as embassies and representative offices of foreign countries in each of the territories that now for some reason imagines itself a separate Sovereign state. That's all. And the situation will stabilize.

???: How to equalize believers with their colors? Because a Muslim is a Muslim, a peasant is a peasant, someone else... I don’t relate myself to any of them. And what should I do?

It is believed that several world religions, a lot of national religions, small religions are called sects, etc. etc. There are many questions. These issues, first of all, will be addressed by the heads of those confessions that are represented on the planet Earth.

TSV: And the most important, we must define the authority of these individuals who are said to represent God or the divine forces of the planet Earth. We want to interrupt the process of issuing empty promissory notes and at the same time return all that we owe to previous debts, taking into account all the processes that I told you.

RVS: Based on what you just said, follows that:

There should appear not the debt obligations, but the executed works. That is, if someone came up with a project, he described it, wrote it, that means, there is a specification - some initial documentation is ready, saying what will be done, how it will be done, what is needed, what is not, etc. As I understand, this is the issue of the works already performed, which can be provided by some funds. Accordingly, the project itself becomes an already provided pledge, then it is possible to release money for the next stage. Then the next stage is to develop full documentation for this project. When this stage is completed, the old set of documents is replaced by a new set but with a higher value, and the funds are again issued for it. In the end, we get a finished object, let's say a house built, a factory built. When it enters to service, it is put on balance, this is the property of the people, already provided.

TSV: In each case, the issuer is the particular person who rendered a service or a product. The point is that this issue will be made either electronically, or in - paper. So, in fact, the banking system will cease its existence in the form in which it is nowadays, and will turn into a simple system of electronic settlement centers. Well, just the same way you use mobile phones today. That is, you can transfer all the kinds of information, including payments, through it. You don’t need any intermediaries, except for electronic devices that allow you to connect with the subscriber, with the second...

RVS: And take into account these mutual settlements.

TSV: That is, there’s no need in a structure like a bank. We just need some electronic centers to simply process these streams of information that come from people and legal entities to each other.

RVS: Let’s say, you, promised to drive someone by car, well, then you must do it. This system will track. If you made a promise that you will take him, then there must be a report that you did it. The service is rendered - the issue is produced, the issue is full.

TSV: Up to now, this process has already been launched. German Gref has already announced at a meeting of the Savings Bank of the Russian Federation that the banking system ceases its existence and that the maximum life of banks in the today’s form is approximately three years. That means, that within 2-3 years the banking system will end its existence. So you see, the information that we have been spreading for many years has already been processed and implemented in the relevant structures. Everyone understands that the banking system as a separate institution and ceases to exist as an institution for the accumulation of some incomprehensible debt obligations.

We represent ourselves those issuing centers that have the right to issue certain obligations. If you can do some work, you can be an issuing center. You just enter a certain information space and declare: " I am ready to carry out transportation on my own car as a taxi from this hour to this hour. " This is your own issue.

Retired people have the compulsory income, which they must receive in any case. Just like the young children. And every child, even before the moment of his birth, will begin to receive appropriate financing so that the mother can create necessary conditions for him to make his growth and development comfortable, which, in fact, we used to have in the USSR. The only thing is that this system will become more perfect. USSR used to protest motherhood and childhood, all the people received decent pension provision. And in this respect, everything was fine. So, all these social packages will be raised to the appropriate level. Remember like we saw yesterday in the video " New Russian retired oldwomen". Remember last night we watched it? Where she received pensions of 3 billion that was in her suitcase. She borrowed these 3 millions to France for 3 months at a good interest.
