The present agreement is to set the procedure for a private buy and sell of cryptocurrency known as Bitcoin. NB: The coins are free and clear of any liens and encumbrance of any criminal origin.

Whereas, the Seller hereby confirms that he has one or more wallets of Bitcoins he agrees to sell to the buyer, and the Buyer hereby confirms he is in financial and legal capacity to buy the Bitcoins of the Seller.

ARTICLE 1. PROCEDURE

Upon execution of the present Agreement by the Buyer and Seller, the Buyer will within one bank working days, confirm to the Seller his readiness to proceed.
