7. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Only information which is strictly relevant or of singular importance for the application should be added. 8. ENCLOSURES The Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research doesnot acceptelectronic or faxed documents, copies made of copies, scanned or non-certified copies. A certified copy is a true copy conforming to the original document, and it may be verified by universities, public agencies, notary publics, etc. In order to be considered valid, certified copies must bear the logo, stamp and signature of the certifying institution/agency, and each page must be certified. Certified copies of original diplomas and transcripts must accompany the application form. If the original language of the record is not English or a Scandinavian language, an official translation must be attached to the original document. The records in the original language must accompany the translation. 9. CHECKLIST FOR REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION Please tick off in order to make sure that you have enclosed all of the required documentation with your application:
