4. LOGISTICS TRAINEE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a delivery trainee you will be responsible for:

· Daily reports for warehouse monitoring to fulfil orders basing on contract SLA, prepare daily report by timeline and escalate to manager for exceptions;

· Prepare weekly courier company delivery and RMA report to manage delivered orders basing on promised SLA;

· Daily investigate hotline tickets, find out the root cause of claim and solutions together with LSP.

REQUIREMENTS

· Students of senior courses, preferably specialized in logistics;

· Strong command of English (upper-intermediate or above);

· Advanced Excelskill;

· Fast learning attitude.

WHAT WE OFFER

· Working time: 5/2 since 09. 30 till 18. 00;
