Laboratory and Institution information

The University of Ostrava is the fastest developing University in Czech Republic. Laboratory of Trypanosomatid Biology at the Life Science Research Centre is focused on molecular biology and functional genomics of Trypanosomatidae.

Requirements

Fluent English, strong background in genome and transcriptome analysis. Understanding of principles of molecular biology and genetics is a plus.

Job description

A successful candidate will be involved in several projects dealing with genome/transcriptome analyses of trypanosomatids.
