Background / Introduction Respond to the following questions, trying to limit your response to 4-6 bulleted points: What is already known about this problem? What are experts currently saying about this topic area? What matters the most in understanding this problem and why? Who is affected by the problem and how and/or when?
The Gap What is unknown or uninvestigated? What question has not been answered? What is/are the key problem(s) you plan to address in this poster?
Hypothesis & Objectives What is your overarching hypothesis (i. e. how do you capture “the gap” in one statement)?
What are your objectives? How are you going to specifically address the gap(s) you identified? What are you going to test or do in order to address the gaps described in your hypothesis?
Methodology What approach did you use to answer your questions about the gap or to accomplish your objectives? Why did you choose this approach? How did you do that? What steps did you take? What is the scope of your approach? What statistical limitation(s), if any, did you have to consider?
