Consent for Personal Information Collection and Usage Agreement

1. Agreement to collect and use personal information

I acknowledge and voluntarily agree, by my own free will, that YG Entertainment Inc. (hereinafter referred to as ”Company”) may collect and use my personal information which I provide in my application as follows:

Purpose of collection and use of personal information	▷ For identifying the audition applicant and giving notice of audition result
Item of personal information	▷ (Mandatory) Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Age, Phone number, E-mail address, Residential Area, Height, Weight ▷ (Optional) Picture, Talents, Activities & Awards, Audition Experience
Period of retaining and use of collected personal information	▷ Collected personal information will be collected, stored and used from the date applicant submits application for the respective audition and during 1 year ▷ Upon request of applicant for destruction of personal information, Company shall immediately destroy such personal information. However, personal information can be stored safely for a designated amount of time, if Company is obligated by law to store the information for a specific time period.
Consent denial right and disadvantages of denial	▷ Applicant has the right to deny consent for the collection and use of mandatory personal information. However, in this case one may be deprived from the opportunity to participate in the respective audition. ▷Applicant has the right to deny consent for the collection and use of optional personal information. However, in this case one may be deprived from the opportunity to get additional points in the respective audition.
Rights of Applicant	▷ Applicant may request for access, correction or erasure of provided personal information at any time, Company shall promptly permit access or take measures for correction or erasure. ▷ Applicant may withdraw its consent to the collection and use of personal information at any time.
Company’s Efforts to Protect Personal Information	▷ Company shall safely protect all personal information from internal and external security risks. ▷ Company shall not provide personal information to any external party without consent from applicant. ▷ Company has designated a Chief Privacy Officer and a Personal Information Manager. Company will be responsible for answering inquiries regarding personal information.
