Конец формы HSE Introduces Protective Measures on Account of Coronavirus In accordance with the decree of the Moscow Mayor, HSE University introduces certain protective measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus. HSE Rector Yaroslav Kuzminov has signed the order on March 7. Foreign business trips and return from most affected areas HSE employees are not allowed to go on business trips abroad until a separate order appears. Employees and students of HSE returning from most affected countries should self-isolate at home for 14 days, i.e. refrain from attending work or classes and minimize visits to public places. (To date, the list of countries includes China, South Korea, Iran, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, the UK, Norway, and the US) Students will be required to notify Study Offices and their degree programme managers of their return from any foreign country. Remote work options The heads of structural divisions must provide isolated employees with remote access to the HSE information resources for their work, as well as immediately submit the employee names to the HR Department at personal@hse.ru. Distance learning In the upcoming days, the procedure for distance learning will be determined. Programme managers and study offices will provide the necessary infrastructure for this. Health care University employees and students will have their temperature taken regularly, including via remote monitoring at the entrance to buildings and dormitories. When the first symptoms of the disease appear, you should immediately seek medical help without leaving home (call a doctor). Do not visit medical facilities. In dormitories, notification system is already in place. March 07
