Our Mission & Vera - music for your mind

Our mission is to help you age gracefully, by keeping you independent, happy and healthy for as long as possible. Vera is an easy to use and enjoyable experience that delivers the benefits of music as a therapy, with the ease of streaming.

We believe the path to a long and happy life is to keep your brain healthy and active. More urgently, we firmly believe we can help reduce the global cost of aged care (now a major concern as reported by the WHO and the United Nations) which will have a tremendously positive social and economic impact on society.

My team and I all have first hand experience with cognitive decline in our families. We are a social benefit company, which means we are, first and foremost, led by our purpose. While our service is not free, it is affordable! By 2050, close to 2 billion people will be experiencing some form of brain ageing. Now, for the first time, anyone can access the power of music as a therapy at anytime, anywhere.

Vera is inspired by the leading female singers of generations gone. The voices of Billie, Ella, Eartha, Aretha, Dolly, Dionne, Mahalia, Vera and others, have always inspired, nurtured and cared for us throughout the years. Vera is an ode to all of these voices.
