CALL FOR PAPERS

Diplomatic Academy of the MFA of Russia invites you to take part in the work of the International academic and practical online-conference “The World Will Never be the Same! But, What New International Realities Will We Face?” that will take place on April 28, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. (Moscow time) (Zoom meeting).

Suggested themes for discussion (panels will be formed according to the consideration of the theses sent):

1. How did the COVID-19 pandemic change the international realities? How can the reactions by different states and organizations be evaluated at this stage?

2. What does the future hold for Russia-West relations in a transforming global order?

3. Can the US under President Biden still maintain the world order based on Western rules?

4. What is the future of strategic stability after the START-III extension?

5. Can sustainable development be a successful paradigm for global governance?

6. Risks and opportunities in the Eurasian space: how feasible is security and security for whom?

7. Сan and will the US and China create a bipolar world: Cooperation, collaboration or conflict?

Conference language:English.

Presentations up to 10 minutes (followed by Q&A session)

To participate in the Conference, it is necessary to send prior to April 18, 2021, to the Organizing Committee an Application in accordance to the form offered in the Appendix or fill in the online-registration form (follow the link: https://unkr-da-mid-rossii.timepad.ru/event/1570393/)

The organization fee is not envisaged.
