A Corporation.

The formation of corporation is the most difficult and the most expensive way of business organization. The corporations usually issue their stocks. In closed corporation only some people own the stocks and sell them; in opened ones the shares are sold to everybody ho has a great desire to buy them through the brokers. First of all there must be a subscription for the shares and prepared the necessary documents. Than, it's worth of getting the authority's permission for the corporate organization with pointing out its rights and limits for its activity. As a rule, the owners of a corporation aren't just the people who manage it, but those who have shares-shareholders.

The share prices are constantly growing or falling, according to the activity of the firm. Public opinion is a very important thing here, as it may influence to the prices as well.

The stockholders support the corporation in some way, as they buy stock certificates hoping that this organization will be profit. More than that, the shareholders have the right to attend the stockholders' meeting and make the decisions in important matters.

The boad of directors takes an important place in this business structure. It is gatherd several times a year in order to be sure in business affairs.

The chief executive officer (CEO) - is the most responsible figure in all this structure. He manages the firm and inspires its members for achivement of certain purposes. He has the unlimited liability for all corporation difficulties.

Определите время каждого предложения, подчеркните подлежащее; переведите предложения на русский язык.
