Forms of Business Formation.

We can constantly hear the word "business", and often put diffent meanings to it. Although, let's turn to the facts. What does it do for.the economics of the USA (according to 1993)?

- it provides more than 75% working positions;

- it helps to appear of 75% new inventions;

- it pages annually more than 100 billion dollars as an income tax;

- it invests annually more than 100 million dollars in art development, appearance of new museums, and in recreational programmes;

- it gives billions of dollars to high education.

Whether it is good or bad, but figures show it. There are several forms of Business formation now days:

Individual Proprietorship is one of them.

Individual Proprietor defines his working place and puts a large amount of capital into business. Everything he needs is to have enough amount of capital and to know the local laws. It's the Simpliest, and the cheapest form of proprietorship.

There're some advantages here;

- it's simple to start;

- it's cheap to organize;

- you have all the responsibilities for the business There're some disadvantages too:

- the unlimited liability to the creditors for all business debts;

- unstability;

- you sickness and death - is a danger for your business.

I. Грамматические упражнения

Упр.1. Выпишите 2 предложения из текста, в которых есть

глагол в инфинитивной форме. Переведите предложения и подчеркните неличную форму глагола.

Упр.2 Выпишите из текста 3-4 предложения, глаголы в которых стоят в настоящем времени (Present Simple). Переведите предложения на русский язык и подчеркните сказуемое.

Упр.З Выпишите из текста 2 предложения с оборотом места "there're". Переведите предложения на русский язык.

Упр.4. Переведите текст на русский язык письменно.

II. Фонетические упражнения

Упр.5. Выпишите из текста 2-3 слова, в которых:

а) буква "д" читается как [dz];

б) буква "а" читается как [ei].

Упр.6. Прочитайте текст вслух.
