News collector, online platform or software device that collects news stories and other material as that information is published and organizes them in a specific manner. This is achieved in several ways. Some collectors are lead by people and others use HTML (hypertext mark-up language) coding on the websites of news-gathering organizations to create RSS (really simple joining) digital info and other public notifications of instant(дефиниция по ссылке happening or coming immediately) updates to news content relating a specific subject.

News collection is based on the idea of content(дефиниция по ссылке everything that is contained within something (content has also other meaning: satisfy)) joining, where content created by one or more news-gathering organizations is distributed(дефиниция по ссылке give shares of something) through a different organization. Historically, joining involved publication(дефиниция по ссылке the preparation and publishing a book or other work)of news content by newspapers in different locations. The nature of joining has changed as technological advances allow far more information to travel much greater distances. Online journalism allows for more and different types of joining, specifically the joining of headlines(дефиниция по ссылке a heading at the top of an article or page in a newspaper or magazine) and breaking news publication before others.
