                      промываем                                      часть        очищаем

                                                                                 кочерыжки                                                                                    

                                                                                                         доочищаем                                                   

                       очищаем                                      промываем                                                                                     

                                                                                                            нарезаем                                                               

                      промываем                              кочан разрезаем брусочками                                                                                        

                                                                           на две или четыре                                                                         

                       нарезаем                                        части                                                                                    

                       соломкой                                                                                                                                          

                                                                                  вырезаем                                                                                  

                          тушим                                      кочерыжку                                                                                 

                                                                                                                                                                       

                                                                           нарезаем соломкой                                                                              

                                                                                                  

                                                                                                    пассеруем                                                                                                                                                 

                   Закладываем                                                                                                                                                

                                                                                                                                                                     

                        Доводим                                                                                                                                     

                       до кипения                                                                                                                               

                                                                                                                                                                  

                       Добавляем
