Where is you spirituality / religiosity?

We are interested in the interconnection of body image and perception of own spirituality/religiosity, specifically were a person would locate her or his spirituality/religiosity (whatever this specifically may be). Please give it also a specific shape and color and place it in the contour drawing (body image) at the end of this questionnaire. You are also invited to fill two questionnaires which measure distinct aspects of spirituality/religiosity which will be associated later on. - Answering these questions has no direct benefit for you, but it may help you start a process of reflection and “inner awareness”.

Participation is strictly by choice! The anonym information you may give is confidentially and will be processes in an anonymous way (i.e., no names, initials, address, or other identifying variables). Professional discretion and data privacy will be guaranteed! Returning email will be deleted immediately!

Please read the questions carefully and then indicate how true each statement is for you and your current situation. Be as spontaneous as possible and not spend too much time thinking about your answer. Finally, please use the body image as instructed later on.
