WING NEEDLE - INSTRUCTIONS

(This design is also suitable for embroidering with a normal embroidery needle and bobbin fill)

If using a Wing Needle the best results will be achieved if you embroider on light weight cotton fabric (stiffened with a spray on stabilizer) and hoop up using either “Romeo” or at least 2 layers of “Solvy” instead of a normal ‘Tearaway’ stabilizer. The colours that have the letters WN & BT need to be embroidered with a size 100/16 Wing Needle and the same thread in the bobbin as you are using on top, before starting the next colour change the needle to your normal embroidery needle and bobbin thread

back to bobbin fill.
