CURRICULUM VITAE

The overall look of this CV is good. It is very clear, easy to understand, and it contains a lot of useful information. It looks well organised, so an employer will want to read it.
This is probably the most important part of the CV. Employers want to know where you come from, how old you are, how they can contact you.
An Example of a good CV

CURRICULUM VITAE

1 Queen Street                                                                   Place of Birth: London

It is important that you put down your studies. It isn’t necessary that you put every single educational institute you went to. Put educational certificates awarded, especially if they are tourism/business etc.
EDUCATION

1999-present          London University

Faculty of Social Science

Field of study – International Relations

1998                       Completed a three-month course in Business Management

1996                       9 GCSEs, including English and Maths

Here, you need to put EVERYTHING you have done, every summer job, every internship/work experience with your institute. An employer might be interested that you worked in a restaurant three years ago. However, don’t put babysitting, it isn’t a serious enough job to be of interest to an employer.
EXPERIENCE

06/1999-present     The Velvet Rooms – Bar/Restaurant
