Situational tasks:

Task 1.

A patient, 40 years old, complains of lacrimation, photophobia, and feeling of foreign body behind the eyelid of right eye . Objectively OD (right eye) mixed vascular hyperemia, infiltration of gray colour on the cornea, and epithelial defect. The anterior chamber is of normal depth; its contents are transparent and regular. Colour of the iris is unchanged, its pattern is not changed, and papillary reactions are normal. Fundus reflex is dim and irregularly coloured.

Task 2.

On his way to school a child was blown with a snowball to the right eye. In an hour he developed lacrimation, photophobia, felling of the presence of foreign body behind the eyelid, and fogginess of vision. Objectively: visual acuity in the right eye is 0,5 does not correct. Mixed vascular hyperemia, epithelial defect takes place in the paracentral zone of the cornea, a foreign body is in the superior layer of the cornea. The anterior chamber is normally deep; its contents are transparent. The iris remains unchanged in colour and pattern. Underlying structures are normal. Make the diagnosis:
